McDonald's — Restaurant in Rogers Park Township

OK. Everyone knows that to use the restroom at McDonald's, you have to make an order there, only then they give you access to a nice restroom so you can do your business (and not piss your pants). OK. Very helpful and kind people work in this establishment. But for some reason they are selectively kind. I wanted to eat here and at the same time get rid of excess liquid. But. The young man at the checkout refused to give access to the beautiful toilet, order first! he said. OK. Somehow having made my order, I finally got access to the incredibly beautiful McDonald's toilet. After that, I went out and waited for my order. Waited for a long time. Even those who came after me managed to take their food. It turned out that most likely they forgot about my order. OK. But the most interesting moment is that when I sat down to eat, I saw how the same young man allowed another man to go into their incredibly beautiful toilet WITHOUT A PRE-ORDER!!!! It turned out that you can first calmly go to the toilet, and then go out and place your order. But for some reason not everyone. Thanks McDonald's! I live across the street from this McDonalds...I can't go over to this location without waiting 15-20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries...and thats not if its a busy time of the day..that particular location, apart from one employee, is riddled with people you can't observe and wonder if they are cognitively challanged, and quite frankly thats an insult to individuals actually suffering from developmental issues. I would not hire half of the employees there to merely watch an empty parking lot...96% of the employees here are useless..either due to remedialness or laziness or in most cases both. I waited for 20 minutes today for my order of small fries and a cheeseburger...there was ONE person in line ahead of me and one more waiting on their order. If I hadn't said something, I would of waited longer. Avoid this location if you have to..each time I go I regret it, but today was the day that ends it, i refuse to spend another dollar at...

These people are crazy see I told you none of this matters because they do the same thing need something to eat burger King was closed and need something for the dogs they gave my food to someone else she handed it back to them they tried to give it to me so I said no fresh they put the bag on the counter top but before they fixed the so call fresh someone comes from the back and takes the bag and come right and hand me my back cold as ice I said not fresh they brought it out again not fresh she said they said only the fries so cold burger again and again now im typing they comes out and gives me my money back but remind you all the time they was speaking Spanish they gone get enough because a lot of use is learning Spanish then what they gone say when we speak back to them in Spanish we all know when they do that they talking about you like we Don't...
