McDonald's — Restaurant in Rogers Park Township

I waited in line on lane 1 to place my order. I pulled up when it was my turn and waited. And waited. And waited. While 5 cars went through on lane 2. I kept yelling hello hello and no response. I thought the lane was broken so I backed up and waited in line (3rd in line) on lane 2. While waiting another car pulled up on lane 1 and they immediately took her order. WTF! They wasted more than 20 minutes of my time that I can't get back and on top of it they screwed up my order as well. Yes it was that middle aged Indian lady with an attitude. It's time for another staff change like they seem to do once a month. I think I'll start going to another McDonald's even though this one is closer to home. Terrible drive through service. They always make people pull aside and wait so it seems like they are completing orders on time....

This McDonalds is close to my house, but this will be my first and last visit. I was in the drive-thru, trying to place a simple order. The employee, Beatrice, seemed to be in a lousy mood and was trying to rush me while I was trying to order. I asked her for a minute, and she replied “ok well just let me know whenever you decide to order something”. Literally 15 seconds later, I told her a pie would complete my order, to which she responded that now SHE was busy with another customer (mind you, its 12:30am—empty drive-thru and no lights on in the dining room), and now I would have to wait, followed by “Do you understand THAT?”. I told her to cancel my order and left. Just got my dinner from Wendy’s instead. I will NEVER return to that McDonald’s, and you can...

Stopped to get my usual breakfast, which included two hashbrowns and a sausage McMuffin. I always request two packets of mayonnaise for me to enjoy my two hashbrowns and sausage muffin with. When I asked them for two packets of mayo, I was told it would be 50 Cent after I had already paid for my meal and when I told them I’ve never been charged for mayo packets before the manager came over and double down on the fact that only ketchup is free, even though I wasn’t asking for a handful of mayo packets just two to enjoy my food so I told him I didn’t want my hashbrowns without mayo and I wasn’t paying the 50 Cent. She refused to refund my hashbrowns.. McDonald’s needs to get on the same page and if this is really policy than a big ol ef you...
