Unfortunately, the food is awesome!! The customer service is trash! When I place an order it is always something wrong with the order! When I place it for delivery or pickup…Every time! I still place the order..The only reason why I order is because the Caribbean jerk wings are great!!! But the way they treat their customers and argue with a customer when they are wrong!! I ordered 18 wings and received 12 wings! All I said was to correct the order because the order came out to $40.98. Angela proceeds to tell me that I am the problem every time I call in for an order. I order often and get the same order every time. There is no need for me to lie about something I paid for! Again the food is great it’s the staff that makes things difficult. It’s sad that I spend my money and I am being looked at like I am the problem! $40 for 18 wings but receive 12 is not cool at all! God sees all and knows all! I Rarely review business, hats to either really good or really disappointing. Called this place day before if they are streaming ufc fight nights next day at 2pm, lady said yea that we do not need to reserve, i told her 7-8 people will be coming. These are from different parts of chicago.. we come today, and this bartender with a terrible attitude, the tattooed bartender says, lady is new she maybe says the ufc Saturday, but I was clear that i said tomorrow, this guy did not even apologize that we made all the way here for inconvenience and 8 people waisted their time to drive here… he was like with an unwelcoming rude attitude r only going to show ufc on Saturday, although all he could say was at least could try to find this ufc on channel that was free in abc or other regular channels. anyway too bad for the owner of the establishment to have such an employee. all my friends were first time at this place. im sure non will ever return back. too bad to get once start for this kind of reason. again Review is not done to hurt business, just bring this out while fresh. 8 people drove there in this hot day, some drove 40 minutes...
