Ordered $50 worth of pizza. Showed up with a Hundred dollar bill. I figure giving back 2 twenties and a 10 isn't that hard for a place. I literally watched the guy count his drawer, and he had the change in 5's. But wouldn't do it. Instead I was asked by his manager to walk next door(in the rain) and ask Subway if they could break a 100. As I leave I hear the manager say to his employee, "we have 300 in the safe, but..." So at Subway they said " we usually don't accept 100's but sure." I wasn't even giving them business and they were nice enough to do this. The manager there took the 100 and went back to their safe(probably) to transfer it out for smaller bills for their drawer. I go back to DomiNO(neveragain)s and am not ashamed to ask for a discount for being made to walk out in the rain to their competition to get change. I get it if a manager t is trying to keep the right kind of bills on hand, and not wanting to make a trip to the bank for change. I don't think two 20's and a 10 should ever be a problem. Be more prepared. Also, be their for your customers, esspecially your big spenders. I didn't feel helped, I didn't feel served or accommodated, I felt like I was a nuisance and I don't expect Domino's Corporate would like knowing this location was doing that to their customers. We are a close by business who buys lunches for all our employees often. But we won't do that here again. AND I will be adamant that other...
Read moreLate and forgot the sauce on the pizza!! I have never had issues before today. Today put me over the edge. I ordered pizza for my employees and placed the order around 8am to be delivered at 12:30pm. I called at 12:47pm to find out where the order was and waited on hold for 14 minutes! Finally got a hold of someone and he stated they got backed up. Okay fine. I did not get the order until 1:15pm! The guy that dropped it off didn’t apologize or anything and was very short plus didn’t even have the receipt for me. I brought them up stairs in the break room for the employees and laid them out and we started taking our slices and I kid you not, there was absolutely no sauce on any of them. Maybe a few little drizzles here and there if that. it was the most bland tasting pizza I have ever had without sauce on there. I called them up and he seemed like he didn’t believe me or he was shocked. Either way He said I can give you a refund or we can remake them. Well we were definitely not going to wait forever for the new pizzas so They are supposedly giving me a refund (takes a business day). Luckily this pizza was greasy enough to make the pizza not...
Read moreMost people only feel it necessary to review places when they have a bad experience. I felt that after the experience i just had, that i needed to post a review. I ordered 6 different things for carry out at the rogers location. I came to pick it up, and i was greeted by a friendly young employee. After i paid for my meal, the employee said he would grab my pizzas. I went to grab them from him, and he said that he would like to carry them out to my vehicle. He stated that he didn’t want me to potentially drop them as it was 6 boxes. I asked him if he had that happen before, and he replied “no, this is my second day.” And that he didn’t want it to ever happen. Truly one of the nicest customer service things i have experienced in just a short period of being in front of an employee. Dominos - keep this young man around. I asked for his name, and he told me it was Noah. I’m looking forward to...
