UPDATE #2 It appears they have finally processed the refund. However, the review stands. They screwed up our order, the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone to rectify the situation, so I had to jump through hoops to even get contacted. Poor customer service all around.

UPDATE #1. We are officially 7 days lost incident, the GM made contact after one of their PR people was good enough to send us the link to file an official complaint. Said GM said he tried to call me, but says my phone just rang with no answer. We were promised a refund, shocker no money yet. I emailed the GM this morning asking what was going on. Coward can't respond, they forwarded it to their Franchise management team. I expect no resolution and once I discover what other establishments they run I will boycott them as well.

We don't often do delivery, but we decided to last night. Ordered 5 combos and 3 sides of Chrese curds. The order arrived promptly, but low and behold, there were missing items, including the 5 chicken for our youngest child. Attempted to call the restaurant SEVERAL times to no answer. Will definitely NEVER...

Came here twice for dinner and both times were horrible experiences. First time we got three meals, two of them were completely wrong in more than a couple of ways. Also the burgers were crispy (not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be) but it was like chewing on over fried ground beef. Also the fries were a bit hard. We had to eat them fast because they got cold very quickly. I called and the customer service was outstanding. The manager was very polite and compensated us for 3 meals with cards sent in the mail. About a week later we used those cards. Again it was messed up, but this time it was only 1 hamburger (I went in and got it replaced). But again the burgers were very crispy almost burned especially around the edges. And again fries were hard and quickly getting cold. They drinks were great! And so was customer service. 5 stars for customer service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and 0 stars for quality of food and employee skills. Will not be coming back...

idk who yall have working drive thru for night shift tonight (2/3) but she was actually the rudest person ive ever encountered at any restaurant. Giving us uncalled for attitude for absolutely zero reason and making us feel like were just sooo evil for coming to your drive thru. We asked for a plain vanilla concrete and she (in the rudest tone ive heard) let us know that she wont sell us a plain vanilla concrete! But thats odd because ive been coming here for years and ive always gotten plain vanilla concretes??? And yall are out of chocolate EVERY time i come here and ofc she was rude about that too. I didnt get her name bc we just decided to drive off bc she was so rude. Keep in mind we arent karens were are in our 20s and were trying to be polite but miss girl was so mean to us. Yall should fire her fr bro shes driving...
