I lived in New Orleans last year and I fell in love with RC and what I considered the best chicken strip joint in the country. In January of 2016 I moved back to Fayetteville where i was thrilled to find out a Raising Caines was opening. Except when i got my first caniac combo i was ultimatly disappointed. The canes sauce is the same and so is the sweet tea and the slaw. But the chicken was lacking the love that i was shown in Nola. The strips were small and dry, the opposite of the succulent well sized and juicy tenders I was served time and time again in Louisiana. I thought maybe cause i got drive through it was not up to par. But the same experience when i went in. So 2 strikes and my heart is seriously sore, but not damaged enough to write this parting. In fact it was the location here at rogers that destroyed my faith in all Raising Canes locations in Northwest Arkansas. Ive never recieved such a pitiful excuse for chicken strips ever in my life. I look forward to the surges of dopamine that release with ever bite of well made canes chicken but i didnt even finish the strips. There was no meat in the 4 strip box I recieved, but overcooked crumbs of what might have once been chicken. I am so disappointed by the lack of love this franchise has shown. Go to slims if you want even a little bit of love...
Read moreMy fiancee and I went here today for dinner and this place is THE BEST chicken place within NWA that I can think of. Personally I think they are better than Chik-fil-A for anyone who likes them. The service was AMAZING, as usual. 😁😁 But tonight there were 3 people who stood out, Evelyn, Kirsten, and the manager, Dom. These 3 people made sure our experience was very genuine. Dom went around to different tables asking how everyone was doing, and even though wearing a mask, I could see a huge smile on his face. As well as the other 2 I mentioned. THIS, is customer service. I have worked for fast food places before, and like I explained to Dom, I don't count Raising Canes as "Fast Food". I would compare Raising Canes to Red Robin next door. And that says something because Red Robin has very good food. This place is overall a must visit place if your looking for good service, and good food. I understand a lot of people have issues with them not having a big selection, but thats because they focus on what they are good at. The chicken is fresh, and juicy, the fries are good, and the sauce is fantastic. So much in fact that I bought a gallon of it. 😂😂 There is no better fast food place in NWA to eat. Great job guys, y'all...

Staff check up on you, are fun and seem to love thier jobs, and are very helpful. Restaurant always very clean, restrooms very clean, and it's a nice environment to eat at. Love to bring the family and the kids ways beg to go when we eat out. Very affordable when compared to other fast food restaurants, which makes it a winner. Food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and tasty. 5 starts solid. ..let's keep it that way Caine's and dont even consider cutting corners to increase you future revenue. You hit the bullseye no need to risk a bright future. Thanks for your excellent business model, excellent staff, and excellent food. All your employees deserve a raise or some free meal tickets, or something to show your honest appreciation for their hard and dedicated work. Take them all to Hawaii for a week...do something different, like the different you did to make your restaurant so successful. Thank, I'll stop by for...
