Just a little PSA for anyone thinking about ordering pizza from Domino’s in Rolesville, DON’T! Tonight around 9:30PM, I decided I wanted a little late night snack & ordered delivery from Domino’s. Well at 9:51 it showed my order was in quality check, great. Well around 10:30 it showed it was STILL in quality check so I called, while the phone is ringing I get a text saying my driver is on the way, I’m somewhat annoyed it’s been sitting in quality check for 40 minutes but okay whatever, I hung up expecting my pizza to be here soon. Well around 10:38 it showed my pizza had been delivered and the order had been completed. So I go and check, NO PIZZA. So I proceeded to call again, no answer. I proceeded to call 2 more times and my mom called 3 times, still NO ANSWER. So from 10:38-10:52 we called 5 times and got no answer. So I decided to drive up there & they were closed and the building was completely locked down with nobody there. Mind you they close at 11 and we were there BEFORE 11, still NO PIZZA. So I proceeded to drive the extra 10 minutes to Papa John’s in Wake Forest since I was already out, and got a pizza in a timely manner, the staff were super friendly and nice, and the pizza was much better anyways. From now on I will be going to Papa John’s and Domino’s will never receive another dime from me, and I would advise you to do the same, if you actually want to receive your order you paid for. I know everyone has a bad night from time to time, I get it, but every time we’ve ordered from this Domino’s, it is an issue, and we order from this location very frequently....
Read more0/0 stars. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for delivery. Once it got to the quality check in the order update, it stayed there for an hour and I figured I should call. Whoever was working there yesterday night (09/24/2023) told me he was “just about to call me” to let me know that they were out of range for delivery from the address I submitted. He said he wasn’t familiar with the area, but he was “pretty sure” they didn’t deliver and that he was gonna cancel the order and transfer it to the other dominos on S Main st in wake forest. Two hours go by and I didn’t get a call or email, so I call them back and they don’t pick up. I call the other two locations in wake forest and they tell me they never received anything. So I call the original location again and he tells me again, “I was just about to call you. I spoke with the manager at the other store and he said they don’t deliver to your address either.” So I know for a fact the dude lied because my friend has always ordered dominos for delivery and they in fact did deliver to the address. And when I typed it in online, it was this address that showed up first. Mind you, the pizza was already done. They just didn’t seem like they wanted to bother delivering it, and instead of telling me up front so I could get food somewhere else, he made me waste over three hours of my time over it and I didn’t get my pizza. Read moreWhen I pulled up to Dominoes in Rolesville, NC to get the free pizza from the slow service from the last time I yet again got slow and rude service. The girl doing the car side took 9 minutes to bring a “guaranteed” 2 minute delivery. Well for the third time I’ve had to call the restaurant because the same employee forgot the sauces I’d paid for. She answered “hello” both times I called, not even “Dominos” I had to ask her if I called the right number. The second time I called just to inform the manager, Amber, I was yelled at, told there was no manager higher than her in the store I could talk to, don’t call again, not giving me the district managers info, they’re too busy (haha! It’s a Wednesday!), she doesn’t care what I have to say, hung up on me both times, said my account is revoked, and I barely ever got a word in. All because I wanted to give her honest feedback. Most unprofessional manager I’ve ever dealt with and I worked restaurants for 25 years and a few years with their competitor, as a GM not a “shift manager” like Amber probably is. I’ve never heard a manager ever talk to and disrespect a customer that’s talking calmly and professionally to her. So I’ll go to the other, better, pizza restaurants in the half mile radius, or the other 1/2 dozen even better ones within 5 miles. And this review will be everywhere...
