Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Rome

Store was clean and I was greeted upon entering the restaurant. A very nice man was taking my order he explained to me I was going a little fast for him because it was his first day. The older gentleman was kind and compassionate and apologized for not getting it done quickly as he thought it should have been. I told him not to worry I do talk fast and we both laughed. He called my order back out to me perfectly. I had 3 combos all made different and he nailed it! My order was promptly made and it was a wonderful experience! Food...

The service is always good and the food is always fresh, but man do they seriously jip you on the fries. We always order large, but they basically just give you a bigger box. I was hoping it was just an occasional thing, but its been every time.

Worst experience I ever had at a Chick-fil-A. The young men behind the counter were more interested in their personal conversation than they were with taking my order . The seating area was littered with trash and tables were unkept My sandwich was uneatable as the grilled chicken was dried out, the bacon overcooked, the lettuce was wilted, and the bun was close to being moldy . Love Chick-fil-A, but can't possibly believe I will ever visit...
