From my last experience food is as expected. However when you place your order at 9:08pm and are still waiting one car down from the window at 10pm you definitely don't want to come back. I placed a mobile order at one of the "stalls" at 9:08pm, after hitting the red button at 9:20 I was told they are drive through only.. after fighting to pull out they said they won't be taking orders for 10-15min at the drive through, sadly for me I already paid. I definitely should have known since the last time I attempted to come here I waited for 30min and was met with the same 10-15min wait.. but twice is enough for me, will not be returning. If you are gonna be drive though only then turn your menus off block the parking so people don't wait and/or get stuck in the "stalls", also turn off the mobil order option so people don't put in which "stall" they are in and happily wait for their 2 slushies and cheeseburger. If that's oddly descriptive that's because it's to personal already. Hope everyone who took the time has a pleasant night, me? Well it's 10:10pm and I'm still a car away...

I waited about 10 more minutes gave them the benefit of the doubt that that maybe they were short staffed after that I went to the drive through and pulled up the transaction history in the sonic app and they told me that my order was already given to a car…. I informed them that sadly that they still didn’t give ME the order. They proceeded to have a huge attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted what I paid for. I received my order in 3 minutes which I thought was that was fast, no wonder it was fast it was not my order I got a burger with everything on it and I specifically asked for plain and my drink had no ice and was warm? The girl at the window told me that their manager was on vacation so there was no one there to manage them. It's with great sadness that I have to write this review. I have so many fond memories of going with my family on Tuesdays for family night. Sadly, things began to take a turn for the worse and the service there just got worse and worse until we quit going. We hoped that it would pick back up and get better, but unfortunately, it didn't. You are left waiting forever for someone to notice you in one of the stalls and even in the drive-thru. A lot of times there are several stalls out of commission. What follows is like surviving a bad date. It takes forever for your food to come out and when it does, it's either made wrong or cold and tasteless. And before you say, have you asked them to fix it? Believe me, we've tried, and the remade food was equally bad. So you leave Sonic forgotten, unappreciated, and hungry.
