Burger King — Restaurant in Romeoville

I RARELY leave a review. But kindness goes a long way! David was EXTREMELY rude. He took our order in the drive-thru and rushed us through it. He asked us is there anything else that we want, as soon as we were going to keep ordering he cut us off and told us to pull forward. I told him I wasn’t done ordering and that I’m sorry. He had an attitude and after we finished ordering he yells “anything else!?” We then pull up to a lady who was very nice. She took our money to pay for the food and gave us our drinks. We got to see David face to face as he gave us our food. First, he handed it to us rudely. When we said “thank you” he just walked away. To top it all off, we ordered 2 whoppers, 1 whopper jr meal, onion rings, and a small fry. We got no fries in our order. I called Burger King to get the name of the rude employee (David) when I called I asked who am I speaking with? He said “can I help you…?!” (Rudely of course) I responded saying “Yes I would like to know who I am speaking with”.. He said “David?” & I said “Ok cuz I’m leaving a review about...

Slow, bad food. Supposed to be "fast food" but we sat there for 25 minutes. Boyfriend ran in quick to get cream and sugar (since they never asked what/how many we wanted), and he said no one knew what they were doing, and heard many employees asking where things were. They brought our food out but not our drinks. Another FIVE minutes later, we got our coffee, which tasted like barely flavored water. My burger was super dry, and the bun was almost burnt and was hard. Made us a half hour late to our appointment out of town. Just say no. I'm a total Burning King fan, but this location is horrible; needs some serious work. We've tried to give them a chance a few times, and something is always wrong. I'd rather go to the one...

I'm so tired of going to fast food places and there help can't do math. I went there last night got the two whoppers for $6.00 he totaled it at 9.80 fixed it and said it was 6.59 .I get to the window and gave him 20.60 he returns with cash and alot of change . I ask him whats with this change I gave you .60 cents, he then starts arguing with me that I gave him .50 cent's why would I go thru all of that to short you .09 cents It's not worth my time to deal with these people just give me back my money , I lost my dime but there not getting my money one...
