1 star because of how someone was treated by staff and management at this location. My son and I stopped in on 8/19/23 at around 10:50am. We received our order, while we ate an Uber eats driver stopped in. The staff and the manager treated this man like absolute garbage. The Uber eats driver had picked up an order earlier for a customer and delivered it. However there was a bag missing, so he came back to get a second bag as the customer had ordered. He tried to get the attention of a staff member, and they wouldn’t even acknowledge his existence. Once he finally got their attention, they tried to tell him that he took the 2nd bag and ate it. The manager (assuming she was a manager because of her shirt) told him “if he didn’t take the bag, where did it go”? Again basically telling him he stole it, and they reported it as such to the customer on the Uber eats app. Lo and behold the bag turns up, right behind the counter. Not a single apology, nothing. Witnessing this type of disrespect was disgusting. I won’t be visiting this location as I refuse to patronize a business that treats people that way. As an entrepreneur, and a person with half a brain, why would you treat someone who helps you generate revenue in such a manner, or anyone in that regard. Read moreI literally just left this place because I didn’t tolerate terrible customer service at the Dairy Queen down the street. I walked in and a guy and his kid are finishing paying for their order. The cashier asks someone if they can go on break while I am standing in line. She walks away and no one else comes to the counter to replace her. I give it 2-3 minutes and no one else steps up or steps in her place. So I turn around and order from the kiosk, if you know their kiosk system then you know it gives a regular receipt plus it tells you to type in the locator number on the side of you. I put the locator number in and have a seat. Seconds later I hear 864, the young lady behind the counter has my ice cream cone in her hand and as I am approaching her then sits it down on the counter where they distribute orders in bags. I obviously have a look of disgust on my face, So much so that the manager saw all of this and when we made eye contact he reached his hand out to grab the cone and remade me another one. Shame on these kids and their lack of respect for others. I heard the other kids whispering what was wrong and the manager informed them. This Is the only one I’ve been to with nothing but problems.. last week, I went and got one of those $5 meal deals on my lunch break, they forgot my McDouble, I already got back to work so I tried calling and asking them If I could just come get it after I get off work, lady had the nerve to tell me “there’s no plain McDouble here” as if I’m lying about a cheap McDouble. I hung up immediately, just let it go. Went back few days later, sat at curbside pickup for 20 minutes, I was on my lunch break!!!! So I had to go through drive through and let them know like “hey I’ve been sitting curbside for 20 minutes and nobody has brought my food out”, she says they have it and told me to pull to the door, well that took more minutes because I was stuck in the drive through. They didn’t even have the decency to remake my food or drink!! Ice melted in my drink completely and the food was ice cold.
