I literally just left this place because I didn’t tolerate terrible customer service at the Dairy Queen down the street. I walked in and a guy and his kid are finishing paying for their order. The cashier asks someone if they can go on break while I am standing in line. She walks away and no one else comes to the counter to replace her. I give it 2-3 minutes and no one else steps up or steps in her place. So I turn around and order from the kiosk, if you know their kiosk system then you know it gives a regular receipt plus it tells you to type in the locator number on the side of you. I put the locator number in and have a seat. Seconds later I hear 864, the young lady behind the counter has my ice cream cone in her hand and as I am approaching her then sits it down on the counter where they distribute orders in bags. I obviously have a look of disgust on my face, So much so that the manager saw all of this and when we made eye contact he reached his hand out to grab the cone and remade me another one. Shame on these kids and their lack of respect for others. I heard the other kids whispering what was wrong and the manager informed them. People need to understand that there are protocols put in place for things like this. I think more interpersonal training needs to be done

I told the young girl that came up to me (black and blue hair) that i accidentally placed an order through drive thru and if i can pick it up here (in store). I showed her THE APP WITH MY CODE AND ORDER. she walked away. she must’ve been new. i was waiting for a few minutes. didn’t complain or anything. this guy working there is asking if placed the order and i said yes he instantly starts talking over me saying. well it’s a mobile order that’s for the drive thru. thats for the drive thru. and talking over me and the proceeds to walk away. that’s insane to me to start going in on somebody without getting all the information. i literally explained to the girl i accidentally placed it through drive thru and if i can pick it up here… i showed him the same damn screen. i told him that he didn’t need to be rude about it and i completely understand that i did that. but i explained it to her and he wanted to keep being rude. i personally don’t know what is going on there. but thats the second bad experience.

I’m absolutely disgusted. I have been going to this McDonald’s for a few months and have not experienced this before (to my knowledge). When calling the general manager she simply stated that can’t happen here because we don’t allow our employees to eat while they work on the food line. When asked how they could possibly keep an eye on their employees at all times to see if they take a bite out of food she said she’s constantly watching them. That is not the case obviously. I told her I don’t want a refund and don’t have time to return my food because I’m only given an hour break with 20min of that time spent commuting. She said she will check the cameras and apologized, but did not seem genuine. I want what everyone else wants, health guidelines put in place, especially during a pandemic. This is ridiculous and everyone should reconsider eating at this McDonald’s.

1 star because of how someone was treated by staff and management at this location. My son and I stopped in on 8/19/23 at around 10:50am. We received our order, while we ate an Uber eats driver stopped in. The staff and the manager treated this man like absolute garbage. The Uber eats driver had picked up an order earlier for a customer and delivered it. However there was a bag missing, so he came back to get a second bag as the customer had ordered. He tried to get the attention of a staff member, and they wouldn’t even acknowledge his existence. Once he finally got their attention, they tried to tell him that he took the 2nd bag and ate it. The manager (assuming she was a manager because of her shirt) told him “if he didn’t take the bag, where did it go”? Again basically telling him he stole it, and they reported it as such to the customer on the Uber eats app. Lo and behold the bag turns up, right behind the counter. Not a single apology, nothing. Witnessing this type of disrespect was disgusting. I won’t be visiting this location as I refuse to patronize a business that treats people that way. As an entrepreneur, and a person with half a brain, why would you treat someone who helps you generate revenue in such a manner, or anyone in that regard. I know it’s McDonald’s and working there likely sucks, but you are being paid to provide a product and service to both your customers and partners. I will be sending this review to...

When I tell you, this McDonald’s needs shut down, I mean that. This Is the only one I’ve been to with nothing but problems.. last week, I went and got one of those $5 meal deals on my lunch break, they forgot my McDouble, I already got back to work so I tried calling and asking them If I could just come get it after I get off work, lady had the nerve to tell me “there’s no plain McDouble here” as if I’m lying about a cheap McDouble. I hung up immediately, just let it go. Went back few days later, sat at curbside pickup for 20 minutes, I was on my lunch break!!!! So I had to go through drive through and let them know like “hey I’ve been sitting curbside for 20 minutes and nobody has brought my food out”, she says they have it and told me to pull to the door, well that took more minutes because I was stuck in the drive through. They didn’t even have the decency to remake my food or drink!! Ice melted in my drink completely and the food was ice cold. No coupon for free replacement, they could’ve made up for that somehow but they act like it’s no big deal. I’ll never be back.
