I placed and paid for an order for two family packs of chicken nuggets to be picked up at 5:30 (on line) The order successfully went through, payment was withdrawn by Wendy’s from my bank account. When I got to the store approximately an hour later (time requested on order for pick up) the rude lady told me no order was there. The on-line services were down. I showed her a copy of the order and the confirmation showing the order had been paid for from my phone. She advised me I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and a gentleman from the back came up and told me this rude lady was the manager. After all this frustration, same lady tells me to contact the manager tomorrow. This store is run horribly with apparently no management and no concern for customers. Do not go to this Wendy’s. I believe they were not telling the truth in my opinion as I was able to go to the Wendy’s on weber for the exact same thing. Although I had to pay again and was not refunded by this Wendy’s as of yet. I did try to call corporate for a resolution, but it was Sunday evening and they were closed. In my belief, no real manager in this location for a resolution? And my order did go through with the money deducted from my account! I had a birthday party, so I needed to bring kids the food I had promised!!!!! Unhappy, will Never Return To This Poorly Run...
Read moreDid my order for myself, daughter and 3yr. old grandson, they took the order correctly especially for the grandson we said no cheese plain hambuger, the guy even repeated it twice. No one behind me car infront left as I pulled up to pay. The young man hands the drinks thru and then gives the bag to us. Start driving away to go home and daughter checks food they put cheese on his hamburger! Thats great if you can have it but he medically can't. Turned around, went back drove up to window and asked the young man if they were trying to kill my grandson or in ER? The young man said nothing and gave us a plain burger. I asked for the manager who was apparently standing right to the side of the window...nothing, not a word from him. I asked them both if it was their child or grandson etc., what would you do? Still nothing!!! Told them I was going to call corporate...not sure it would even matter to them these days. Bad enough he had to count my change a few time when the register tells you exactly how much to give back. The young man has been working there...

Friendly staff welcomes you and takes your order. Free refills are honored by asking the person at the front counter.
The negatives that I witnessed during my visit... The catchup container was empty. When the girl went to refill it, she grabbed the filler nozzle with her bare hands, and while removing the empty bag, she let the nozzle fall into the garbage can beneath it. It touched the sides of the shoot as she struggled to release it. After that, no attempt was made to clean it. Just put it back into service.
The carpet where I was sitting was a bit sticky, seemed to have been a soda pop spill recently, but wasn't cleaned up either.
Maybe it was an off day for the staff, but I think they should be retrained before they make...
