Hello, I have been trying to get a refund for my purchase of $27.06 from June 16, 2021 for over a month now. This has been the worst experience with Jimmy John’s that I have had. I called on June 16, 2021 to the Goddard Store Location to have lunch delivered for a co worker and myself. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the store and spoke with the store manager Jessie (not sure of the correct spelling) I requested that the order be cancelled and have my charge card credited back due the fact that my lunch had been over. She apologized and explained that they were short in drivers, I said it is ok and thank you. She also stated that it would take a couple of days for the refund. June 23, 2021 I checked my credit card and I noticed I had not received my refund. I called the store and spoke with the same manager, she apologized again and stated she would get it refunded this time and give it 3-4 days. I acknowledged and said thank you. July 7, 2021 still no refund to my credit card, I called again to speak with the store manager, this time she was not as friendly. I explained to her that this was my third time calling about my refund, I was promised I would get the refund in a matter of days and yet still no refund. She offered a gift card explaining that it was to late to give the refund, I declined because I do not plan on returning to this establishment again. She then yelled in the phone and said well it’s going to be another 3-4 days and hung the phone up one me. I was in utter shock! I called back and after several attempts a driver answered the phone and said that the manager was unavailable. Later that day I reached out the JJ Feedback and received an email that the owner would reach out to me via phone or email about my experience and my refund. July 23, 2021 still no refund, no response from the owner! I understand that this may seem petty however I was charged for product that I never received. Read moreI ordered online today and went to pick up my order. There was one customer in front of me, and three workers. One of them worked the register while the other two busied themselves. I stood at the counter for a minute and then noticed the Pick Up sign down the counter so moved down there. I saw my order with the receipt sitting there waiting to be bagged. The three workers literally ignored me as I stood there. One was inspecting uncooked dough rather than wait on me. I finally grabbed the receipt to check that it was my order, which it was, grabbed the two sandwiches and walked out. My friend then messaged me that he ordered online, and I saw him turn into the parking lot, went through the drive thru to pick it up and he said they ignored him and he had to park and go in. These so-called entitled young people that have ZERO ounces of respect and just human decency makes me sick. It is unacceptable to hang up on any customer! If you are not customer orientated or fit for the service industry, then do everyone a favor and work somewhere else where you DON'T interact with customers. The responsibility also falls on the owners! If you continue to hire reprehensible and disgusting individuals, then you will continue to receive negative reviews. Therefore, your franchised business will plummet like your ever decreasing review score!
