Starbucks — Restaurant in Romulus

Worst Starbucks experience! After waiting 30 minutes in line (because I am a huge Starbucks fan!) We were told by the two associates that "we are no longer taking orders" "I did not sign up for this!" and "he has only been here two hours". Now, I understand having a bad day and recognize being overwhelmed. There are better ways to handle a situation such as this. Not only did people spend there time in line waiting for their wonderful cup of love, they 15 other people in line were turned away from being served....
