⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Roscoe Starbucks: A Haven of Friendly Vibes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're looking for more than just a coffee fix, Roscoe Starbucks is the place to be! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with an infectious energy and a warm atmosphere that's as inviting as your favorite cup of joe.
What sets this Starbucks apart is the consistently friendly and upbeat staff. It's like they have a secret recipe for spreading positivity! Every visit is a treat because the baristas go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. They don't just serve coffee; they serve up genuine smiles and a genuine interest in brightening your day.
Whether you're a regular like me or a first-time visitor, the staff treats you like family. It's not just about taking orders; it's about engaging in meaningful conversations and remembering your preferences. It's those small touches that make a big difference.
Even during busy hours, the staff's energy never wavers. They manage to maintain their cheerful demeanor while efficiently keeping the line moving. It's truly impressive how they balance speed with a personal touch.
Of course, the coffee and treats are fantastic as well. From the classic blends to the seasonal specialties, everything is prepared with care and precision. But what keeps me coming back, beyond the delicious beverages, is the genuine connection you feel with the staff.
In a world that can sometimes feel hurried and disconnected, Roscoe Starbucks is a breath of fresh air. It's a place where you can enjoy your favorite drink while also enjoying the company of staff who genuinely brighten your day. If you're looking for more than just caffeine, if you're craving a dose of positivity and friendliness, look no further. This Starbucks has it all, and it's a true gem in the heart of Roscoe.
Kudos to the incredible team for consistently creating such a wonderful experience! Keep spreading those smiles and good vibes....
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it needs to be said.
I stopped by this Starbucks expecting a decent drink and a neutral atmosphere — nothing fancy, just basic courtesy and decent service. Instead, I walked into a passive-aggressive teen hangout disguised as a coffee shop. The employees (all clearly young and acting it) were more focused on quietly talking about customers than actually serving them.
While it wasn’t loud or obvious, it was very clear what was going on. Side-eyes, half-hidden smirks, whispering behind the counter — the kind of behavior you’d expect in a high school hallway, not from people wearing aprons and name tags at work. It felt like they were judging everyone who walked in the door, and honestly, it made the whole experience uncomfortable.
When I asked a question about a drink, the response was dry and borderline annoyed, like I had interrupted their little conversation. No warmth, no professionalism, not even basic friendliness. Just that smug, “we don’t want to be here and we definitely don’t care that you are” energy.
Look — I get that they’re probably not thrilled to be working a shift at Starbucks. But if you’re going to show up, show up. Don’t act like the customers are some inconvenience in your social life. Especially when people are paying $6–$8 for a drink.
Starbucks should really look into who they’re hiring at this location. When your team is more focused on gossiping about customers than actually helping them, that’s a problem. Subtle or not, people notice. And trust me — it’s not...

The service is phenomenal and people are very friendly here. I’ve ordered something when the drive through line goes around the building and when there’s one car in line. When the inside is evenly- paced and when it’s just plain busy. They’ve handled all that well.
Oddly enough, once in a while, just from this location, I’ll receive a drink that tastes “off”. Not sure if I’m being picky or not, but I go to Starbucks for the consistency…no coffee grounds in my drinks, etc. Yesterday, I took a sip of my mocha, and it tasted like Americanized take away Chinese food.
I can’t imagine that ingredients would go bad at a Starbucks just because of the sheer volume of orders, so something must be bad with the coffee making/ cleaning of whatever machine.
Not saying the coffee itself is bad- I’ve bought coffee grounds from Starbucks to make hot or to make cold brew. The staff’s prep and/ or clean was...
