Subway — Restaurant in Roscoe Township

This is the worst service I've ever recieved. I tried to cancel the order on the app as soon as i made it as it went through with an incorrect order with a different card. I followed the app instructions to cancel by calling the store, however they did not answer. I called 5 times over a 5 minute period before giving up. Owner refused to refund the transaction even though i followed policy on how to cancel my order, and the store was at fault. Furious with this store. Also, it shouldn't take over a month to get your drinks machine fixed. Havent been able to buy a fountain drink the past 5 times I've been there and only once did they offer to refund the fountain drink i ordered on the app. Ive had so many other issues with this store but after today, myself and my collegues will not be back after the treatment from this owner. Disgusting treatment from a local owner. I will definitely be pursuing this further...

I ate here with my husband. The food was what I expected. We both had meatball sandwiches. They tasted fine.

The employee making the sandwiches either needs glasses or was giving us the stink eye when we first walked in. He had an attitude because he had to get off his butt and do work. As soon as he finished prepping and giving us our food, he stood halfway in the building and halfway out the sidedoor vaping. When he was done with his vape kick he sat down to go on his phone. Another set of customers came in and the same thing happened.

My husband asked the empolyee how his day was going. I rolled my eyes and muttered 'Here we go..." He was in a mood and not one where he wanted to be at work either.

Food was good, service was a chore, and as far as atmosphere we wanted to get the heck...

I gave them 3 prior, but I’m making it a 1 star. I’d give it no stars if it was an option. This subway has constantly gone down hill and continues to do so drastically. It seems that the owners don’t really care about who they hire just as long as they have a pulse and they also don’t care who’s hanging out in the lobby blasting there music while eating a giant bag of Doritos he got from the schnucks next door. Probably the rude employees boyfriend. If I were you I’d just take the extra time to go else where. It’s extremely unfortunate that this subway has gone down...
