I was posting a review of my recent experience when I accidentally hit post, I wasnt done, so here goes. The worker walked away mid-sentence. I said that was rude, but she couldn't hear me, my vocal cords have been very strained and my voice no longer carries or gets loud. She was finished with the customer at the other window and walked back and said "next time you come in, request it to be double blended" there probably wont be a next time at this location! Again I tried telling her that I have the same drink and I have never had to have it double blended, she started talking over me, I asked her if she always argued with customers, she said she wasn't arguing, then ducked behind something out of the view of the window! The other worker asked if I wanted her to make a new one, I said yes. The thing is, that she fixed so fast that I didn't have time to blink, but she shook the new one and asked if that wad still too watery, "yes" she offered a refund, but couldn't fund my order. I sat for less than 5 mins and told her not to worry about it! So I left! I won't be going back to that one. The worker that was so snotty to me wad probably early 20's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a long day with family and a funeral of our 33 year old nephew. We were really drained and pulled into DB on Stewart PKWY Roseburg for a few lattes. Only one worker, smiling but working like crazy making drinks. Despite him working so hard and being friendly the customer across from us started screaming and swearing at the barista. Having just lost my nephew things like getting upset because you weren't served quickly enough seemed so unbelievable. The barista took it in stride and didn't lose his cool. Wow, felt badly for him. Then his relief barista popped in and tried to help and the irate customer drove away. The new barista said, oh that guy spit at me the other night. I had no idea these wonderful workers receive so much abuse. I sure hope this is rare. You guys rock! I am so sorry people...

Last time the guy failed to return my change. & this time I ordered an iced almond bar mocha & it tastes like cherries.. They take my drink,made another & it tastes the same.. Cherries. I spend too much $ here to not get what I ask for & not to get my change. Let's hope this doesn't continue or it's another customer lost..
Although that was a frustrating visit, this location is the one I go to the most. It's the GV location I won't go back to... Most of the crew at the SP location ROCK! They have been good to me. As well as the other customers I see them serve as I'm waiting my turn. There's a few that I would gladly employ if I had employment to seek.. Can't wait to get my favorite drink from my favorite DB crew! You...
