UPDATE: THEY FIXED IT! I am happy to say that since I first posted my review, the gods of Goodwill have decided to reorganize their pants/jeans sections based on size first, THEN color at this location! I celebrated this discovery by buying lots of new pants :D I have updated my rating of this store, and the only reason I don't give it five stars is because the clothing prices can be a bit high for a thrift store ($5-7 for a basic tank top). Otherwise, great store and helpful staff, recommended

I wish I could rate this Goodwill higher, because the staff is great and they have a good selection that turns over quickly. However, this store "organizes" their clothing by color rather than size, which makes it almost impossible for me to find anything.

I would much rather go to a section where I can be relatively assured most of the clothing will fit and then scan for the color I'm looking for, than decide which color I need and then paw through every. single. item. so I can see its tag and maybe find something in my size.

PLEASE, Roseburg Goodwill, I want to buy clothes from you, but I HATE how you organize your clothing. Please order things by size, because if you force me to look through EVERY TAG on racks and racks of shirts to find anything, I will do that for about 30 seconds before getting frustrated and remembering why I don't spend...

I go to Goodwill in Roseburg Oregon everyday every person that works there is always very helpful courteous couldn't be nicer that's why I enjoy going there it's a wonderful place they keep it so clean they're constantly moving the merchandise putting new stuff up I love the fact that they put the size of the pants on the back of the ticket so you don't have to try to get him off the hanger to find the size you want and they've got them all in rows according to the size it's a wonderful wonderful Goodwill...I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name but I do know one man named Alan that works there and he is amazing and those sweet girls that work there are also very nice and there's another young man that works there that's very nice but I've just never asked them their names.. each one of them deserves...

I dont go to the goodwill much any more that the prices are high that if im paying over 5.00 dollars for clothing and shoes ill go and pay a little more and get it . Ivhf use to shop there all the time but when they started to charge more iv been going eleswhere. What happen to the meaning 2 hand. They dont have specails no more 1/2 off a certain color tag everyday but notice that its the bottom of the barrel and still paying alot for 2nd hand ideams. I wished I could be excited about the goodwill like shopping use to be fun and always find a good deal but for the past few yrs theyv changed and its sad . Rember the days of being able to take a paper bag and fill it for a dollor or five dollars that i just cant say much good about this store...
