I am very disappointed with the customer service with the Roseburg Jimmy Johns. My mom had ordered three of their boxes. I am a teacher, and she was bringing lunch to me. She ordered me a vegetarian and had added some extra veggies. I was teaching summer school, so by the time I had opened up my box, it had been awhile. I open up my box, and I realize that my sandwich was just bread and cheese, also known as a number 9 slim.
Now things like this happen, so she called Jimmy Johns. First of all they refused to even talk about it until she had a receipt. She explained it was in her car, but they did not budge. Ok, so she went out to get her receipt. She called them back and explained what had happened, but instead of offering to make it right, they kept claiming it was just a miscommunication. Now the receipt even said 9 slim. First of all, why would anyone want a bread and cheese sandwich? My mom had thoroughly gone through veggies with them. Were they not listening? When she tried to explain that to them, they were still not taking it seriously. She then asked to speak to a manager. Which had them giggling and calling her a Karen. Now the manager or whoever it was, kept insisting it was a miscommunication. Finally she gets fed up and hangs up. Not once did they offer to make it right, or take accountability.
After a while they call back. My mom explained to them that they had been a long supporter of local businesses. In fact, she has used Jimmy John catering multiple times before. There is lots of back and forth. To which nothing happens, so she hung up again.
Finally they call back a third time. This time they finally offer to give her a credit. All of this is after she said she would no longer be supporting Jimmy Johns. However it is a store credit which is laughable. They offered to remake it, after all of this, but only if she drove all the way back to the store. My school, is only 6 minutes away from the store by car. In an ideal situation , they would have offered to deliver a sandwich, as they were the ones who messed up.
So after all of this, my mom was treated like a stupid Karen, and we were given a very tepid resolution. Well Jimmy Johns has lost some business. We will not be supporting the Roseburg Jimmy Johns again.

Read moreYesterday my place of employment placed a large order from them and another co-worker picked it up from them earlier in the day. We realized that we would not have enough food for employees that would come in later in the day, so we tried to have more food delivered. They said they would not deliver to where I work because it was "too far". My place of employment is TWO MILES from their store, a less than 10 min drive depending if you made the lights or not. I had to wonder if maybe the JJ employee just didn't wanna drive, but other reviews seem to confirm they have a very small "range" they deliver. If they can't deliver to somewhere 2 miles from them I guess they must only deliver to businesses across the street from them than? Though reading a few other reviewers where it seems like drivers got lost and ended up at a pot shop midway.....I'm not too sure we would have ever saw our order in a timely manner...

I get there at one on the dot, go to counter tell the employee who I am and he looks and the sandwiches haven’t even been made yet. He said it would take a couple of minutes for my order. I went and stood by the pickup window. Then other customers started coming in and ordering and getting there food before I had mine.I went to the pickup window and let him know that I have been standing here waiting for my order that I was supposed to have at 1.they found my ticket but continued helping other customers who showed up after me.
