McDonald's — Restaurant in Roseburg

I went to this McDonalds after my Fasting Lab work to get a Coffee and an Egg McMuffin. It took half an hour. No one was manning the Order counter. All people were in back, working the Drive-Thru. There was a girl in front of me waiting for her order. A man came in after me, then a girl. Finally after no one behind the counter, a older lady came out to take my order. She asked me If I was going to eat here, or take it out. I told her I would eat in, so she gave me the number for the table. I went to a table. Then, the girl waiting behind me said to me, "I think this is your coffee the lady just put on the counter." It was supposed to be served to my table! Why then if I had to get up and get my food, was I given a number sign for my table? The man behind me was furious. He had paid for his order, at the 'Drive Thru' & they told him to go park & it would be ready in a few minutes. He said, "I waited way over 2 minutes. I paid for my food & I don't have it!" The girl behind him did the same. The Drive Thru was sending people to park & wait & there was a Back Log of people coming in the door waiting for their food. The girl told one guy, "Go somewhere else, because people are waiting here!" So, he did. Then a Homeless guy came in with no shoes, filthy dirty that had been sitting on the sidewalk. The older lady clerk told him he had to leave because he had No shoes. That was the least of his problems! His feet were black. Then I noticed how filthy the floor was! And the glass door had fingerprints all over the door & smudges! This place is Filthy, inefficient, gross and no attention paid to any people coming in the door! Disgusting, I will never go to this...

Unprofessional, and bad food. I went through asking for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no pickles, and a small fry. I was asked to pull forward, because they were waiting on fries. All available waiting-spots were filled, so I pulled around into another spot. As those spots cleared out, I proceeded to pull over into them, and watched as other people got their food. A good few minutes later, I figured they must have missed me because of what happened, so I went back through the drive-through to explain my situation. I was led to the second window, and explained to them what happened. I already didn't like the employee's energy, but I figured they'd help me, because I saw them speak to what appeared to be a manager wearing all black. I don't know what the manager said, or if the employee's pulled something right over his head, but they ended up giving me the wrong food. I was given two cheeseburgers (with everything, including pickles), and a large fry. I was gonna let it go, because I figured it was a mistake, and I appreciated the extra fries, until I found what was underneath the burgers: a crumpled up wrapper to a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, clearly labeled 'no pickles'. I don't know who I offended by wanting my issue fixed, but I was respectful to them. Screw this business, and screw whoever this immature little joke was made by. I'm never going back to this McDonald's, and that's fine, because I'm done with fast food. I'm done with the disgusting saturated fat filled bs. It's bad for us, and the food at these restaurants sucks. Pack a banana and a protein...

UPDATE TO 3 WEEKS AGO: I ordered on the app but couldnt get 2 burger patties on the app so i had to order it at the window, the manager didnt even charge me for them, so i pulled out front to wait for my patties and 2 other cars got their orders so i went inside and the manager said "the mcnuggts just came up. I said patties", he grabbed 2 and put them in a box. I went to my car broke them up for my dog and started eating my Deluxe Cheeseburger only to discover it had pickles and mustard on it, so I went back inside and told the person at the register and she relayed it to the manager BRANDON and he grabbed the box out of my hand turned around grabbed a box then handed it to me. I went back to my car and started eating it, and the bottom bun was crispy. The burger was cold, and it was just wrong! I started my order at 4:11 pm and didn't start writing this review until 4:55 pm. I waited that whole time for my order just for things to be messed up again and again! I do not like that mcdonalds. The manager should have known he should have had them make ne a fresh burger! It sat there for at least 25 mins! Like last time, I will probably not even hear from the store to make things right!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS!!!
