No matter which JM I go to, I’m always pleased with the service and food; however, this particular location deserves to be recognized. It wasn’t just excellent service and food - from the moment I first walked in, the GM (Stacey McDaniel) had this infectious energy that radiated with love and positivity. I know that sounds a bit cheesy, but I left this place feeling super inspired. I never would have expected to leave a JM feeling this way. Lol. Read moreI called in my order @ noon. I advise Christopher that I would be picking up my order in 30 min. I arrived @ 12:37p. There were a man giving instructions on what toppings he wanted on his sandwich, while my items were being bagged. The cashier then waited until his sandwich was done then rang him up first, then he rang me up. I then asked the cashier why did I have to wait. He responded "I didn't want you to cut the line". WTH The reason why people call ahead is to "cut the line" DUH. I did call to speak to the Assistant MGT(Who was very understanding & apologetic). So I will give this establishment another chance. Read moreThis was my first Jersey Mikes experience This store was Unhygienic Filthy Sandwich making area Service was atrocious Sandwich makers continued to argue back and forth as they worked The man who rang my order cut my sandwich with a knife that was next to register wrapped my sandwich and continued to ring me out. ( He at least removed his gloves before handing the cash I gave him) I blame myself for preceding with this transaction after all of the red flags. The health department needs to visit this location ASAP Never again. Management needs to review video On 9/18/23 from noon on and see if this is normal operating procedure.
