In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Rosemead

This location was incredibly busy and i understand it slows down the process so we parked and decided to walk up to the window to make it easier for them and ourselves. Plus the drive thru line is always out the lot and in the street causing traffic delays so we didn't want to add to the problem. But we stood there for almost 45 min waiting cause they were more focused on tending to the drive thru than the walk up. We tried to be considerate and kept waiting after 15 more min we politely asked the cashier who had taken our order if she had called our number cause we didnt hear it. She yanked the receipt from my girls hand looked at it and said with a rude tone "yeah its next". Then she slammed the shake on the counter and again with an aggravated tone said "HERE...ITS YOUR SHAKE..." we didn't respond in any negative way and simply awaited the rest of our order and once received we just said thank you and left but we both had lost our appetite due to the wait in the cold night air then the attitude and rude behavior displayed by the young lady at the window. Its sad to say that since my childhood i love going to this location and now neither one of us want to go there again. I'm not going to say dont go there but just be advised that not all of them are smiles and courteous to customers....

It's an In-N-Out, so you know what to expect from the food. You're going to get the usual quality burger, fries, milkshake that you've come to expect from every In-N-Out. So skipping a review of the food, let's see what else we can cover.

This In-N-Out has no inside dining room. There are a couple outside tables, so the vast majority of people visiting this establishment will be eating elsewhere. If you're pulling up to the drive through, expect to be sitting on Rosemead, blocking traffic for a little bit, there isn't much room within the property to support much of a line. You could, however, pull around the other side via the driveway located on Mission (next to the exit) and avoid sitting on Rosemead Blvd. If you decide to park, get off your vehicle, and walk up to order, expect to be in constant mortal peril as vehicles exiting the drive up windows move past you; driver's with a drink in one hand and the other digging through the bag for french fries. Luckily, you get to watch the several vehicular close calls on the Rosemead/Mission intersection to keep you busy while you wait.

Not the ideal In-N-Out, but who cares, the food is...

Unfortunate to have to write this and Super Rare when you have a bad experience at In And Out. First I want to stay that the staff is one of the best Always Smiling, cheerful, and respectful even tho they are jammed packed they keep those amazing smiles on.Thank you In and Out!! Unfortunately I can't say that about VICTORIA this is the 2nd time she looks miserable the first time my son said she might be having a bad day give her a chance. I stopped by today same thing rude and annoyed. She hates her job kind of attitude or maybe it's just personal and she doesn't like me. I say that because I got an eye roll when she seen me drive up. Ive never been rude to the staff. It's drive-thru super easy pay, grab your order and ask for sause and Chile that's all but she hates drive through window maybe put her somewhere else where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Don't let unhappy people ruin your reputation in and out has some of the best customer service one person can ruin so much.
