I strongly suggest you fire the older-looking Latina lady with glasses and some grays in her hair. She is unbelievably rude, and Jack in the Box has NO place for behavior like that. Here's the story about my visit on Saturday afternoon, July 13, 2024 at around 430 to 530 pm:
I pulled up to the window for a mobile pickup order. Rather than being greeted with a polite hello, she rudely told me that I needed to go to the drive-thru speaker first to say that. That was the first time I was ever told to do that. I always went directly up to the window for my order, and they always had it ready and bagged by the time I got there. There's no reason at all to go to the speaker first.
Next, she gave me my order (which was already ready, by the way, like usual), and she gave me the wrong shake. She gave me an Oreo shake, but I ordered a chocolate shake. She stubbornly insisted that I ordered an Oreo shake. After she got back with the chocolate shake, I pulled up my email showing the order where it explicitly said CHOCOLATE SHAKE. That put her in her place! When I left, I gave her some very ferocious choice words about her attitude so that she gets it fixed asap.
To the management at this location: FIRE HER. She will absolutely drive your business...

The guy in the window asked us to park to the side to wait for our food (at this point we've waited about 15 minutes) saying there was only one person working in the back and the chicken strips were going to take a while, this whole time he's been standing around staring at the screen, let me mention there was no customers inside. We pulled over to the side , my husband decided to get off and ask them for the food or a refund, the cook seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, very unorganized. At this point we asked for the manager who was at the time in the restroom, eventually came out and asked us if we wanted her to make our food or the money back and we asked for our money back, then she explains to us (THE MANAGER) that she had to call her boss because she didn't know how to do a refund yet. No other vehicles pulled up while we waited. We were there maybe 5+ minutes. Felt like longer possibly. But for fast food. From the other booth to pulling forward. Then being placed past the order window for 5+ minutes after that. So tsl being 10 or so mines for fast food. Incredible. Then, no sorry for the wait, inconvenice. Having my seven year old and one and a half year old in the car. Waiting for people that, seemed like just playing around inside wasting people's time. Not very happy. Never going back to...
