Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Rosemead

Horrible people!! I ordered a jumbo Jack combo for my grandmother and a sourdough sandwich for myself the combo. I asked for a large mocha ice coffee. She said wait a minute she came back with my total. I thought she charged me for the large. At the window she charged me for a small and made me pay for the difference between the small and large. I didn't mind it was only 44cents. I got a bag of food. She gave me an attitude when she gave me my bag of food. I left and when I got home my breakfast sandwich was missing. I didn't even get the hash browns. So I went back and told them I am missing half of my order. She said she forgot my sandwich and hash browns. I reached into my bag and felt my food it was cold. She went and got her manager I told the girl had a bad attitude about my order when I placed it. She forgot to put my order in my bag and my food is cold. She was like I'll just give your money back. She gave me my money back with one ...

Worst service ever and my last time coming to this location. I waited about 15 minutes for 2 items! The customer in front of me had to yell out if anyone was going to take his order. I think I should have walked out as a red flag at that point. When it was my turn I only saw 2 employees taking cooking and 1 girl at the drive thru window. I saw only one car and I was 1 of.2 people inside. So it's safe to say it was extremely slow which is why I don't understand how my order and the gentleman ahead of me had to wait so long for our food. When I finally got my order the girl in the grey top literally threw the orange juice bottle at me and it landed on the floor near the soda machine. I'm surprised she still works there... if I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from...

good eats for quick bite and friendly service at this location. Tacos/burgers/egg rolls/teriyaki bowl, tasty and no holding back on condiment requests. how can ya go wrong with so many choices when one is choosing to have drive thru fast food?!

yes Mcdonalds is next door and this is great because there is little to no wait time for hot food! frankly, i first go there to Mcds for my kid's happy meal and get the adults food at Jack in the box. The line @mcd is Always long and typically they are stingy with giving you nugget sauce and ketchup or not at all...but let's not talk about Mcds!
