Jims is just as delicious as before. I love seeing the nice staff and they are so helpful with questions etc. Tonight we had the chef salad. My husband wanted grilled cheese sandwich, hey they were perfect. The Zucchini fries were out of this world. Please they are great and so is the food. Support your local businesses !!

I discovered Jims back in High School in the 70's I moved out of area and returned 11 years later. Jim's was still here and just as good. My kids grew up on Jim's after church on Saturday nights in the summer or Sunday afternoon. The food is so good, the burgers, salads, onion rings, etc...we left again but returned to the area last year, Jim's is still here and just as delicious. Every one who loves this place needs to put out the word that the link for delivery and the web are not Jim's in Rosemead don't be fooled by internet errors. This is the 1 and only original Jim's in Rosemead CA. We will be back we had salads, soft tacos and a ABLT, they were all delicious. Thank you and keep on helping keep Jim's open in Rosemead. Wanted to try the burgers bc of the name and ordered online for pickup. You can either go to counter OR the drive thru which is very convenient.

Overall, burger meats were underwhelming and not well flavored. If it wasn’t for the bacon and other condiments it would not have tasted good :( California Burger - too much mayo slabbed on - like the avocado and melt style though- 3/5* 1/2 pound burger - again - meat unflavored :( disappointing - 2/5* pastrami burger - same issue w the meat patty - 3/5*

Carne Asada Quesadilla: lots of meat surprisingly :) - but oddly contains lettuce and jalapeños which I def did not like 3/5*

Chili cheese fries: most of the fries has enough sauce and chilly and cheese - so pretty much the only thing I ordered that wasn’t meh - 4/5*

Pickup service was actually pretty quick. I think I’ll def come back for the chilly cheese fries if I’m looking for a quick bite and want a low key...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the manager was so rude when I told him that the soda machine needed more syrup he said it tasted fine and if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else ? Like who says that not to mention the food was very subpar like the burger had no flavor stuffeddd full of shredded lettuce that tasted like it got submerged in toilet water the meat had no flavor at all and the chilli cheese fries were not good either to be honest ! I’m not picky like that and I never write reviews but I’m going out of my way to make this bad review because of how rude the owner was when I asked if I could have something else on the menu he said absolutely not if you don’t like the food the get out and don’t come back .
