Its a shame how they just use time to shoved people away. Time will erase the past. Let me bring back this story. It was about noon when I met up with my ex fiancee at this location. Food smell great. Service seem great I guess. Before I sat down I noticed my ex fiancee sitting down across the table was her younger sister. I noticed my ex fiancee wasn't wearing my engagement ring I work so hard to buy. In Spanish I told her , " tanto que me costo si no longer quieres tener puesto pues regresamelo para tras". It cost me a lot of money. If you don't want to wear it give it back. So she grans the ring from her purse and hands it back to me. That's ok. She wants to play innocent games with me so I thought. But then she looked at her sister and gave her a smirk. Now that threw me overboard. I went to the bathroom and flush that $21k ring down the toilet. I'm a plumber. I can get it back. No problem. I walk away Later I came back and I spoke to the manager and explained what happened. He made me believe that they were going to allow me to retrieve the ring. Requested my bond and insurance. I submitted it numerous times . One day my exfiancee went to the restaurant to inquire and complain why haven't they allowed us to go get it. She spoke to corporate office and they informed her they have already ran a video camera down the drain and nothing was found. And if we didn't believe them that we can run a camera ourselves pretty much to see they are not lying. These cameras are not cheap. They can run over $10k. She told them why did they do that. That we wanted to do that ourselves. Most likely corporate office hires a plumbing company to run the camera and retrieve the ring. When I was informed by my ex of these I went over there myself. Evidently attitudes change . The manager stated I wasn't going to be allowed to run a camera any more since they didn't think it was going to be there any more. They didn't tell me they had already ran the camera. No. They didn't. Only that I wasn't going to be allowed to see for myself. So they got the ring. Whether I blew things out of proportion and I'm only responsible for my actions is not the question here. It was h ow I was mislead by them . What can I do about this. I ordered take out the 1/1/22 at 730 pm. after trying to order online and the location being overwelmed with orders I was asked to call in, only to asked to order in person when I got there because the bread was premade and I would like it better warm so i orderd in person . I got the tri tip 7 oz with mac n cheese, veggies and half a dozen of bread . As soon as I recived my order I noticed my bread was cold. I was a little disappointed that I was given bread that was sitting but didnt pay much mind to it because I knew I could warm it am home. The meat on the other hand was a bit red that I assumed was because it was slow cooked and well just part of the tri tip. little did I know I be dying the rest of the weekend with what i could only explian as food posioning or some cross contamination from the only place i ate from. the lid to my bbq was ont on right and leaked all over . over all i been here 4 times . I have been diappointed all 3 times except the one time I went in to eat and even than I was being ignored as well, and I can only assume it was becuase we didnt meet criteria to what your regular cusomers look like (giving tip wise). customer service this time that I went was great but hasnt always been the best. my advice as someone who has worked in the food industry your employees need to work just as hard to keep things under maintenance just as much as your employees like to talk and mess around. Read more1/18/25 Every year we go to Lucille's in Brea, but there weren't tables available this time around. I went ahead and reserved at the Lucille's at the Montebello Town center...... Never Again, never again!!!
Service was HORRIBLE!! At first, it was ok. They brought our waters and two drinks. Timely manner. BUT then, she disappeared... We finally ordered our appetizers for our group of 11. The rest of our group ordered their drinks, but it took at least 20/30 min to receive the drinks and another 20 to receive our appetizers. We ordered our entrees right then and there and I ordered my glass of wine and a few more drinks. 30 minutes to receive the drinks and 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have Merlot. I wanted my glass of wine with my dinner. At least 25/30 minutes we received our food but I hadn't received my glass of wine.
My meal was over and we all ate our meals without water, drinks, or my glass of wine. Waters were never re-filled. Our table was full of dirty dishes that were not removed after we were done with the appetizers. We were never asked if we wanted another drink..... And I finally got my wine at the end of our night. I was so, so, so disappointed. It was my son's bday and it was very disappointing.😩😩😩😩😩😩.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND a large group get together at this location....At All. Food is always great but the service was HORRIBLE!!!😱😱😱😩😩😩😩
