Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rosenberg

First off, let me say I love Jersey Mike's and we were excited when this location - my husband and I stop by once a week (we've been coming here for the past 6 weeks). However, 5 of those 6 times, my order is wrong. The one time it was correct is when we dined in. 4 times it didn't have the bread I requested, and I deal with it because I was already home and the inside of the sandwich was always correct. This time though, I ordered online, double checked my order before submitting it. When I picked up my order, I opened up the package before I got to my car to check to check the bread... Peeked and it was good. Went home and as soon as sat down to eat, I had peppers in my sandwich. It was already too close to closing or I would have called. It is the 5th time of my order being incorrect!!! 5 times out of 6! They always make my husband's food correctly. I always think maybe they don't hear my order correctly because I'm soft spoken but since I did the order online I was so sure they could not screw up again but they proved me wrong. Jersey Mike's is expensive opposed to other sandwich shops but they use good ingredients, so I pay for better quality but at this point it's a slap in the face. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the sandwiches are good, especially when they get your order right.

If you come here, before you leave (especially if you order a hot sub), check your food to make sure it's correct. I'm going to start treating Jersey Mike's like any other fast food place (McDonald's) because I can't trust that my order will be correct. (This happened Saturday...

Evening 8/25/23 - So, where do I start...employees clearly had better places to be by their attirudes. After placing my order and the worker piling the ingredients on the flat top, I walked to the register, he also rang me up. Here's another fast food establishment with only walk up counter service prompting me for a tip 🤬...as soon as I hit NO tip, and he waited to see my selection..., he walked right back to the flat top, tossed the ingredients once or twice, put it on the bread, wrapped it up and gave it to me in nearly the same exact time it took me to fill my fountain drink and set my drink down at a table near the door. Opened the sandwich at a table inside, it was dripping wet from not being properly cooked, soaked my hands, bread falling apart and half cooked ingredients all over the sandwich paper. Gross. I ate half of it and tossed the rest. Retaliation for no tip? Sure seemed like it. Avoid for poor service, poor product and for ridiculous tip prompting for counter service. $14...

So I went to Jersey Mike’s about an hour before they closed and asked for a number 26 which is a chicken bacon ranch. She asked me what I wanted and I said no veggies she said so you just want the meat and the cheese and the sauce and I said yes. Mind you there were about three people in front of me who were still waiting and had ordered online orders as well and there was one person cooking and the rest of them were just kind of walking around doing closing duties. The girl standing next to me, had ordered the same thing And they had forgot her bacon and it was old. 25 minutes later, I get my sandwich, not thinking to check it because she literally asked me what I wanted on it. It has A ton of lettuce and tomato On it. I’m not complaining to get free stuff, but the fact that there was only one person cooking orders or making sandwiches. It was a little upsetting. It’s disappointing to get your food home and not even wanna eat it because it’s not correct. I could’ve had better...
