i went to this lokation with my karegiver because i was being really good that day, i was having a really great night before i got to the window. my karegiver allowed me to speak into the drivethru and thats when the torment started. i made sure to be respectful and call the workers maam and sir, but unfortunetly they did not respect my kindness. the worker yelled bakk at me ina slanderous and rude tone and said " THANK YOU MAAM SEkOND WINDOW". THIS REALLY STARTED To HURT MY FEELINGS BECUASE IT TOOK ALOT FOR ME TO SPEAK INTO THAT MIC CONSDERING I AM AUTISTIC AND HAVE MILD GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER. Once i got to the window, i was greeted by a nice gentleman, then, I SAW THE WOMAN WHO WAS RUDE TO ME. I was excited for my ice cream and chicken sandwikh and let out a small spurt of joy. i have a tendency to stim but i guess the worker doesnt like austistik people who stim. The younger highscool aged worker who had long black hair ( female, white) , mocked me by saying " oh my god im so quirky". that hurt my feelings more than anything, i cried all the way home and didnt eat my ice cream because of it. never go to this location if you are autistic and stim you will not have...
Read moreOK one of the main components I want to mention here or is that when I first arrived to get my food from here a couple in front of me ordered three blizzards I was joking around and I stated to them make sure you ask him to turn it upside down so you can get it for free the employees behind the counter said we don’t do that that’s not at every Dairy Queen I said oh OK. Next step with me and I thought it was as shocked what I seen after that. Read moreI'm wondering if there is new ownership or management. I've been coming here for years but it has been a few months since today's visit and it was just terrible. We ordered 3 items and they were all either incorrect or tasted terrible. They completely made a different blizzard than my son requested so he was disappointed, my blizzard tasted really off like maybe stale or toppings of a way way lesser quality, and the fries should have been thrown out hours before we got there. The fries were all dried out, cold, and stale, just not even edible. I called to report it to the manager and he could not even fully understand what I was saying so it seems he does not speak English very well. That must make it difficult to manage a restaurant where English is the primary language. Very frustrating. Makes me sad but I won't be going to this...
