My husband proposed to me with a beautiful custom-made ring that Kevin and his staff worked really hard on. It's just so pretty! The picture really doesn't do it justice: This thing SHINES in the sunlight and I absolutely love it!

A few months later I was washing my hands and noticed one of the smaller stones was missing. I was devastated because it was such a gorgeous ring and I couldn't even find the missing gem. :(

We took it in this week to get it cleaned and to replace the missing diamond, and it was done in less than a week (and at no cost, probably because we had it custom-made there). It really blew us away just how kind and professional Kevin is. We will never go to another jeweler for as long as they are in...

Wanted to say thank you to Kevin's Jewelers for not giving up on my son this Christmas Season. The only gift he asked for this year was a replica of the arrow-head necklace pictured below. 3 years ago he went elk hunting with his uncle & grandfather at the age of 15, he was the only one that hunting season who bagged an Elk. He wanted the ivory tooth made into a necklace he was determined. We drove up and down Gratiot talking to jewelers with that tooth and called so many places where he was turned away for various reasons. Kevin said "leave the tooth with him he was willing to check into it and see if a mold could be made?" What a memorable keepsake my son will have for the rest of his life. I went into this Jewlery store excited to pick out a gold ring! As I was looking at the rings and asking pricing, I mentioned how one of the rings that he presented was out of budget. The gentleman got immediately aggressive and went on about how much time it takes to make a good ring. However you can clearly tell that the ring was a used ring that he bought off of someone because they do buy used Jewlery there. I went across the street and got a BRAND NEW RING with a diamond in it and more gold weight for $200 cheaper. Needless to say I will not be coming back here ever.
