The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Roseville

Went there to get a turkey sandwich latter part of Saturday evening. Got a package of honey turkey slice by the package from the cooler as it stated turkey on package. I ate a slice out of package before I got home. It tasted kind of different from turkey. I got home look at inside of package. It was ham. I asked my daughter to look at it. She said that's ham. I don't eat ham. Was very sick. Store wasn't open on Sunday. Monday morning took meat back to store in package along with receipt. . The man look at it and exclaim it was definitely ham not turkey that was package incorrect. He said sorry and for your inconvenience I will give you two packages of turkey. This meat is packaged in the store and as it made me sick it could make others if you don't eat ham. Please check ✔️ and make sure as customers you are making sure you are getting what it says on package. Who ever is package this in the store needs to have someone to check behind them for accuracy before it is placed out for customers . My wife & I stopped in at 3:30 PM to order 4 ham sandwiches the 11th of July with potato salad. We wanted the sandwiches on multigrain bread instead of croissant rolls. The older woman claimed we sell hams and that this is not a sandwich shop. She was very rude and hateful , The older man was very helpful and nice along with the young lady working there. I believe the Woman Manager was upset because they had an order of 150 sandwiches to make . The gentleman made the sandwiches perfect. I buy Honey Baked Ham not the sandwiches 4 times a year. What dragged my day down was the nasty attitude of the Woman Manager. You raise your business by being nice to people not trying to drive them away. Hadn't been in quite awhile, so stopped in to see if they had any small hams, since it was just going to be me for Thanksgiving. They have what they call, one pounders, which is slices of ham, just enough for one or two people. The sales person also showed me a small side of potato salad and all side of broccoli salad, so I got one of each. I got my entire meal for less than 20 dollars and they thru in a package of rolls for free. The sales person was so helpful to make sure the new offerings that they now had. I thought I would probably have to buy a whole small ham. Wh at a real bargain I got. I use a cane,, so was able to park right in front of the building.
