Let me say this the experience was unbelievable before I even walked in the door the two guys they started making me feel so comfortable before I even walked through the door and when I got inside it was me and them and it was unbelievable the personality and the positive that came from both of them it was a very unique and overwhelming feeling to feel comfortable without them trying to push a sale on me they helped me in every way that I asked those guys are amazing and they're crazy fun I'm already hyper and high strung in over aggressive with the way I speak I say what I want I say what I mean and sometimes I say too much and these guys were very welcoming and very helpful and understanding and we like connected immediately these guys are amazing if you've never been there go check it out just to atmosphere in the personalities by themselves are worth the visit they're very cool guys in the store and outside the store and if they don't have it I'm sure they can get it for you the competitive and they're not all about the money there about the happiness of a return customer I will use them and go there for any of my jewelry or repair needs check them out those guys make the store all by itself and if you two fellows are reading this I knew you thought I was going to say something crazy I only do that in person you guys were amazing thank you so much for making me feel comfortable for the first time...

This review is long over due… My husband and I were searching for a place who would take my wedding ring, my two bands and put them together for one complete ring. The places we contacted said it would take 7 days, thus, I would have to leave my ring and bands with them. Needless to say I was uncomfortable with that. My husband then found Gianinis Jewelers, looked at the reviews and due to all the high ratings said “we have to stop by there on the way to the gym and see what they say.” We both thought it would be a quick stop and we’d later make an appointment but to our surprise the owner said “I can do it for you right now” we said “right now? Not sure we have time we have to be at the gym for our class, we are on our way now” He said “no problem, I have enough time I will have it done for you”. My ring was done, it was beautiful and I was left speechless. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship was completed, I cannot say enough about Gianinis Jewelers. I will be back to have my grandmothers ring adjusted as he has made me a life...

We are now repeat customers and will be back! A few years ago my husband and I worked with Gianini to purchase my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands. We were ready to buy a ring for my birthday and we reached out to Gianini from the other side of the state because we had such a great experience with him prior. He remembered us, and was so personable- even remembering my mother who he met years prior when we shopped with him. We wanted to see if he could order the ring for us- but even better-he happened to have the ring in store, he gave us a great price- beating the pricing of any stores in our area or on-line (we did our research). He showed us the ring over Face-time, handled our order over the phone, and emailed us our receipt. The ring was shipped within an hour, insured, he texted us our tracking, and it was delivered the next day! Buying jewelry over the phone requires trust, but with Gianini we didn't hesitate.
