This is the most unprofessional run DD I ever came across! The last three times I came through the drive thru the staff was so busy talking with each other laughing and joking and just don't care about the customers and will get to them when they feel like it. today, I ordered two croissants and one hot chocolate, after paying, (with no welcome or smile) I received my hot chocolate and the window was immediately closed after sitting there for a while I knocked on the window the employee with a beard, answered "what do you need?" I asked for my two croissants and he asked in return to see my receipt, then he came back with my two croissants handed them to me and then close the door. I looked into the bag and saw there was no napkins, once again I knocked on the window and it got yet again and arrogant attitude with the employees saying what do you need now? I asked, would it be ok to have some napkins please, the employee rolled his eyes and handed me a ton of napkins. I asked why the napkins are not automatically put into the bag when ordering food in the employee with the beard replied, "napkins are given by request only!" I replied, maybe you might want to post a note in the window so people would know this company policy. The employee just stared at me and shut the window, I drove off. When I got home I opened up my croissant and this is what I got... please see uploaded image. Sadly, for obvious reasons, I do not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered through the mobile app, arrived about 7 minutes after we ordered and walked inside. There was one door dasher waiting for her order and then me. The drive thru had about 5 people in it. The staff was super unorganized and said they didnāt have my order but once I showed my order on my phone they found it. So they started working on it, the door dasher said she had been waiting 20 mins for her order but we didnāt order much so I was hoping my experience would be better. We got our 3 drinks fairly quick but they were out of whip cream which is weird but okay. We were waiting for hash browns, a donut, and a chicken bacon croissant. After 10 mins we got our hash browns and donut, then they told me they donāt have the croissant and so as I was going to pick out something else another worker said they have them in the back. The original worker asked if I wanted him to go in the back and get it and i said ummm yes since I ordered it that would be great. So it took another 7 mins for him to get it and make it. We spent almost 30 mins inside after ordering 7 mins before we arrived. This place is a joke. As they were filling other orders they were saying oh well just throw that in there, theyāll eat it, so giving people wrong orders on purpose?? Itās such a disappointment as this is the only location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI Would give zero stars if i could. Tables were dirty with crumbs, napkins on the floor. Finger prints and smudges on the windows. With as many children (employees) as there were "working" the lobby should be spotless. I watched as about 7 employees stood around. Blasting inappropriate music on the radio. Seemed to be more interested in each other than addressing the customers. Watched an employee walk in and all the other employees yelling in excitement. My family didn't even get a welcome in or hello. Then, the cashier just stood there and waited for us to order without any acknowledgment or suggestions.
As we left, we yet again weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming in. Upon leaving, i walked out to see 2 employees vaping right outside the door in customer view. Just disgusting. If there was a supervisor or manager on duty, they really need to go through training again.
As a person who works in the restaurant industry I am truly embarrassed for this establishment.
