So this is the 4th time I have tried this place, first time was fine, second time I just got some soup to go, third time I ordered an antipasta salad and my meat was grey and I called and asked to have it replaced and they literally made me pay the difference for a different salad and the girl at the counter was super rude, so It's been about 6 months and tonight I ordered a couple salads and some onion rings. I get out to my car and I have no onion rings and I have salads with hot chicken on them. Most places put to go chicken on the side because it's hot and lettuce is cold but okay apparently if this is how they do if then whatever even though it doesn't make much sense. So I go in and ask them to please take the chicken off and please box it separately and let them know I didn't get my onion rings, so she says oh they didn't charge you so I have to buy ill give you a discount. So I have to run back or to my car, get money. Wait for the food. She says 3.89 for the total. The menu says 3.99 did you really give me a 10 cent discount. Irritating but ya sure okay. After waiting for them to fix the salads I open my onion rings in the car and go to eat one and they are already soggy, and there was tomatoes on my salad when i asked for none. Super Irritating. Won't be going back anymore, plenty of other coney islands. I'm a bartender and at my work we would have just gave them the $4 onion ring for the trouble. That's really not good...
Read moreThis place continues to impress every time we visit. Great food and service—and what stands out most is how consistent they are. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where you always know you’re going to get a quality meal and friendly, attentive service without any surprises.
Everything we’ve tried on the menu has been excellent. From perfectly cooked entrees to fresh sides and appetizers, they clearly care about what they’re serving. The flavors are always spot on, and the portions are generous without going over the top. You get real value here, not just trendy plating.
The service is just as dependable. Staff is professional, welcoming, and on top of things—drinks refilled, food served hot, and everything checked on without hovering. It’s the kind of place that feels well-managed, where everyone knows their role and actually enjoys what they’re doing.
That level of consistency keeps us coming back, whether we’re stopping in for a casual meal or bringing out-of-town guests for a reliable, satisfying experience. If you’re looking for a spot that delivers great food, great service, and steady quality every time, this is it. Highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be...
Read moreTonight marks the night when my family and I retire Leo's Coney Island. When Leo's first opened the doors our family was present on the first day to celebrate the opening. Over the years the turn over ratio for employees definitely has increased with that customer service took a dip. Ordering carry out could go either way. I never used door dash for any food order ever and I never will after try it again after experiencing tonight's order. 3 chicken strip meals and a bacon cheeseburger, nothing crazy and yet Leo's still got it Wrong. No cheeseburger in my delivery order and my ranch had this nasty green puss inside the ranch, once I ate my ranch towards the bottom was more green puss. Abe the manger offered to refund the burger, but after a hards day work and wanting to treat ourselves to an easy meal that wasn't fixing my issues at hand. If I spend more money you give me a discount on my next bill. Naw I'm good. Food was cold, items missing from my order, Green puss in my ranch and you still want me to spend more money with you and your company. RIP Leo's you once...
