Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

Came in after work to get a pizza, drive all the way home, open it only to find its an old pizza. The cheese wasn't melty, it had an odd color to it, and the crust was so tough. Didn't have the energy or gas to drive all the way back. Complained online and a few days later got a call from corporate saying they would give me a free pizza for my trouble. Go back to get the free pizza, they try to charge me at first and then it takes 5 minutes to explain that my pizza was supposed to be comped before they even go and check. They were very rude and snippy and after they handed me my pizza they proceeded to scold me and tell me that next time to come back and to not complain. unfortunately I have not had a good experience, whenever I order is a problem previously I had not had a problem but for about 3 months here the staff to order by phone are very rude and not friendly I always have to speak with 3 people because they do not want to sell me the pizza with the lunch bread I like thick bread for lunch, and it doesn't matter how much it costs, but they cling to tell me not to sell someone from there.He told me to order the cheese sticks with pepperoni and well, I started to order it, but now I don't even know that. they want to sell me annoying they say no we can't do it to you and what a shame because I always buy ai because I live nearby but the truth is they just don't...

Tbh when I come in here it's because I'm with friends or just craving some quick cheap pizza. There are mainly two people that take your order and the guy is obviously unhappy with his job, the girl on the other hand is very nice and smiles often so 7/10 on customer service. They've only gotten two of my orders wrong before so I can say they're better than most fast food restaurant's out there, 8.6/10. Lastly the pizza is good for the price, when comming here you know you're gonna get cheap pizza, that's why you came here. But tbh it's better than most "under 10 dollar pizza joints" I've been to so 7.8/10 on the cost and quality. All around a good place if you don't mind waiting five to 15 minuets...
