Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

Friendly, efficient and accurate!! With the emphasis being on friendly!! I discovered this Starbucks location while being in the area for an appointment about 3 months ago. It's in Roseville and I'm in Natomas, but I've continued to go out of my way to come to this particular location. Shawn at the drive-thru window in the mornings has to be one of the most amazing Baristas I've ever encountered! After only a couple of visits she knew my drink and my name as soon as I started to order at the window. Pretty darned impressive!! The other staff I've encountered here have also been very friendly and accommodating as well, always taking care to make sure my special request for "not shaken" is being done correctly and on the rare occasion when it was not, they caught it before they handed it to me and had it remade. Me and my grandmother have continued to try this place over the past year but they continue to mess up our drinks. They either mess up the tea that they put in or don’t put as many pumps that we paid extra for. We thought it would get better but it’s hit or miss. One time we went back for them to fix the drink and it was still bad the second time.

I haven’t had a rude experience but I can’t say it was amazing either. They don’t greet us at the windows until we they are handing us the drink. So I would give that a 3/5 as well.

Although the one down the street (Starbucks on Cirby and riverside) is fantastic! They are super super energetic and sweet. They make our drinks 10/10 every time. Even though it’s more of a drive for us I think we will be going there because we’re tired of spending 15+ just to get then...

I do not typically go to any Starbucks, especially near my home as I have a favorite one I go to regularly. I have been wanting to try the new shaken iced expressos, a chocolate one and a brown sugar one. My Starbucks has been selling out. I went to this one to try the expressos. The drive thru barista was helpful with options and i ordered a venti brown sugar variety. This is when the issues arose. The drink was not shaken. It looked like an iced machiato. I had heard the barista mention adding some heavy cream to the drink, but the whole drink was heavy cream. Of course i noticed all of this driving home.
