McDonald's — Restaurant in Roseville

I went through the drive thru and it wasn't that busy at all and I could see it wasnt busy on the inside either there might have been maybe one person sitting down and one person ordering on the inside but the workers seemed really confused and discombobulated like they didn't know the menu, it kind of gave me the idea of they just started and we're learning as they go but sadly didn't have a manager or trainer there to help them out. I've worked in the food service industry and I was always under the impression that you have to always have a team leader on staff whether it be someone who's worked all the different jobs, a boss etc. In this location it just didn't really seem like they had one of those type of people there. But the workers that were there they do deserve a thumbs up because you could tell they were really working hard and trying their best to do all they could do to get The orders out the best they could. BEWARE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR MEALS. BEFORE YOU LEAVE. BETTER YET DONIT IN FRONTNOF THEM. This place is a joke. Literally no one there is worth what they are paid. Three times in the last month I have stopped here to get my family or myself some food. Three weeks ago,- I got my order, and it was missing the fries, I went back inside and was treated like I ate them and wanted more. Than last week they didn’t bring me out my soda nor my 10 pc nuggets. I swore them off and told my wife no lore would we give them any business but tonight they were hungry after their sports so we stopped with the hope that we would get the right order. Already when they brought it out he forgot the soda and the fries. When I mentioned it he just stared at me, I asked if he could go get them and he did. Didn’t pay attention to the sandwich. However when I got home my daughter who is allergic to ketchup and onions started screaming. They gave her a qtr pounder with extra onions and pickles instead of her Big Mac meal. Order taker was efficient, polite and friendly. People who made the food were lazy, ignorant, and illiterate. 3 simple sandwich orders and NONE of them were correct. I ordered 2 plain double quarter pounders with cheese and onion only..no bun...idiot 1 and idiot 2 behind the counter pushing buttons didn't even read the order after seeing no bun..everything was added and they forgot the onions...plus the burgers weren't in the warmer long enough as they were still PINK in the center..luke warm after less than a 5 min drive home. The pico guacamole chicken I got was also pathetic..literally there was a 1/4 TEASPOON of guacamole under the chicken and just as pitiful an amount of pico...luke warm also..to say I'm Highly dissatisfied is an understatement...dont go to this McDonalds if you want your order correct and hot. Also just a side note but their drink counter was a mess..pop all over the counter..I had to wipe it down myself before setting my cups in the pools of pop and melted...
