Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

THIS PLACE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE WAITING IN THE PITS OF HELL.

Got there at 8:00pm, three people ahead of me got all their orders placed by the cashier, I was then ghosted for awhile as I waited for the cashier to return to take my order. Took five minutes total, stated that I placed a online order ahead of time and paid. I knew that before coming that this location takes forever to get any pizzas out for anyone so thats why I thought to make the order beforehand. Paid and then the waiting begun...

The three people ahead of me were all given there pizzas quickly which they should be lucky for as then for me I continued waiting in the lobby by myself.

I kept seeing pizzas being made and given out to the drive thru...

5 minutes go by....

10 minutes go by......

15 minutes go by.......

Now at this point my grandma who is waiting in the car is texting me about whats going on as the pizzas were for her. The cashier who was a lady was continuing to ask for pizzas for me in the back to her coworkers.

20 minutes go by..........

At this point they are going back and forth as supposedly my TWO CLASSIC pizzas have been made multiple times or that one had been made and the other was given out to a person in the drive thru.

26 minutes have now gone by and FINALLY, I see the lady grab the pizza from deep within the oven to hurry up the process (which in turn when brought home it was legit half baked) at this point they had been fighting about it and now gone silent with her saying she was going to quit and "I hate food service" (I don't blame you girl) I fully put blame on the guy that was working the drive thru giving out my classic pizzas. Which to begin with should have been pre made already as this is a little caesars and most orders are usually CLASSIC PIZZAS. Maybe I am at fault for returning to this specific location because its the nearest to my house but I will from now on be going to a different location because time after time there is some thing happening. I can recount a time when the manager was just locking herself into a bathroom as her coworkers were trying to get her out of the bathroom as she was having a meltdown and another time where we were straight up ignored in the drive thru speaker for once again... SIMPLE CLASSIC PIZZAS. Not to mention you can see from the lobby that the drive thru average queue time is 540 seconds, which is equivalent to 10 minutes and the car in the drive thru from when I just went was sitting in the line for 1530 seconds which is 25 minutes............. like this place cannot be serious.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET YOUR PIZZAS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE WAITING A ETERNITY NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT...

I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 6:33 PM. The app clearly stated it would be ready at 7:00 PM. To be considerate, I gave them extra time and arrived at 7:10. What happened next was nothing short of unacceptable. False Promises and Long Waits At the counter, I was told it would just be "a minute." By 7:30, I checked again and was told my order still wasn’t made—despite the app showing it was already in the oven. This was a blatant disregard for accuracy and customer time. Rudeness and Zero Accountability When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they wouldn’t talk to me and nothing would be done about the issue. To call that unprofessional would be an understatement. A business without accountability is a business that doesn’t value its customers. Filthy and Chaotic Environment The restaurant was dirty, poorly maintained, and downright unpleasant. While I stood there waiting, I could hear two employees in the back arguing and swearing loudly. This was happening in front of families and children. Crowded and Mismanaged At least 15 customers were waiting for pizzas while staff snapped at them about "21-minute wait times." Many of us had already been waiting far longer. By the time I left—over an hour later—my order was still not made and not even in the oven. Final Word This location is the definition of poor service: rude employees, a manager who refuses to address customer concerns, filthy conditions, and complete disregard for accurate wait times. I left without my food after wasting an hour of my time, and I will not return. As I was walking out the door, there was a woman who’s trying to get extra breadsticks and they said they didn’t have any and I told him I said just give her my order because this is bullshit. I’m not waiting any longer. I literally sat there for an hour and 15 minutes and my pizza still wasn’t ready and that was after giving them a half hour but the app said they needed so all in all an hour and 45 minutes no pizza and I...

Me and my husband have went to this place in particular a few times now and each time we encounter the same issue. Now ill be honest last time i got pizza here was during a drone show scheduled in warren around August 24th. So it has been a bit, but with our past experiences we cant help but have to say something about the service here. Whether you are going in or ordering through the drive through it feels as if the employees just avoid customers as much as they can. Through drive through they will tell you to wait for a minute but have you wait in silence for over 30 minutes. We have even had people drive past us in the drive through and leave the area due to the long wait. And inside isn't any better. Last time we went here first thing we heard was a customer holding a pizza saying "finally i got it and i ain't coming back!" Me and my husband were in for a mobile order, and of the employees would slowly in the back label pizzas, put them in their boxes and stuff them in the see through cabinet over and over. Multiple customers with us were standing around in silence as the employees would walk by the register and avoid eye contact from the customer for as long as they could and refuse to talk to anyone. Standing for 20 minutes we had to blurt out to them to catch their attention as they tried to walk by again and we finally got the pizza we ordered and went. As we were leaving we heard a father and little daughter ask what all those pizzas stacked in the cabinet were for and all we heard from the employee was that, " oh those are online orders." Long story short if you ever get pizza here yeah the pizza is decent, but make sure you don't have a deadline to be anywhere, because you very well could wait half an hour for one...
