McDonald's — Restaurant in Roseville

Well I've been here before on the drive true and seems like they never have frappes lately but before I used to get the smoothies instead but today the girl on the other side of the machine said they didn't have frappes and when I asked about the smoothies she said they didn't have those either, and she said they used the same machine for the frappes as for the smoothies, when before they always had smoothies even know they said they didn't have frappes, so please don't treat customers are if they were total ignorants,, cause if they use the same machine for both frappes and smoothies isn't that considered as cross contamination?... please correct me if I'm wrong and please fix your machines cause to be such a big franchise and always have your machines broken either fix them or remove the item from your list so we don't have to wait on the middle of the drive way just for nothing, p.d. I don't even know if you care or read the reviews but if you do, please do something to please...

Wow. This place is a joke. My family and I used to like going here since it was close to us. Several times they have skipped taking our order because they have two stands to order from. Today was the worst of them all. I understand it was busy because it’s just at the end of lunch rush. We pull up to the window with a decent size order. The lady hands us the bag and we kindly tell them this isn’t our order because we ordered more items. Some of the items it the bag were different then what we ordered as well. Right away we were confront saying that that is what we ordered, but when we showed the receipt we were treated terribly with a lady arguing about our order. I was in shocked. While staying calm, they we were yelling, and slamming the receipt on the counter. I work in the fast food industry so I had sympathy because mistakes happen. Once we were being treated poorly I was upset that the workers were allowed to act like that. Will never go to this...

A nightmare experience for me this morning. Because their coffee is boiling hot I always order a large coffee with 8 creams to cool it down. First of all , she handed me a medium coffee I told her that I had ordered a large one. She just laughed and said we don’t have any cups that size and that it shouldn’t matter to me because they are the same price. I said but they are not the same quantity and she just laughed again. Then I said OK and asked again to make sure the 8 creams were in it and she said yes. Since the quantity was smaller I would not have had to add as much cream but I was holding up the line and left. When I got in my car I took a huge gulp and spit it out. I was in excruciating pain before I realized she had not put in any cream at all. The roof of my mouth was blistered.
