Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional. While I waited for my take out order, management constantly harassed me to move my vehicle because I unintentionally parked in the curbside parking spot. I told them I would move it as soon as I get my order. Instead of acting professional their tone of voice gets more and more disrespectful and condescending. I waited 15 minutes for my order to ultimately not receive it as people behind me received their order first. This is important because it shows how management did not care to inform me earlier that I wouldn't get my order. Instead, the management gives me a refund 15 minutes later... As I ask for both of the manager's names they tell me they wouldn't give it to me. Since when does management at service industries such as Habit Burger not provide their employee names. Even the cashiers, expos, and cooks had name tags on; but management didn't and failed to tell me their names. I've been a paying guest for years and am extremely disappointed with how I was treated today. The fact that management treats their guests with little to no customer service suggests that management isn't held at a higher standard then its employees. Also, the corporate customer service line informed me that management IS obligated to give their names. The moral of the story is DO...
Read moreThis was the only place I could think of that had the audacity to charge for adding cheese to a hamburger, but the food was good and it was only slightly more expensive than other similar fast food places. Here we are 10 years later, The Habit is now owned by Taco Bell/Pizza Hut's Yum Brands and it is obvious since the food quality took a sharp decline and you are getting charged for everything now. $30 for two burgers and two fries WITHOUT DRINKS and they still decided to start charging $0.60 NOT INCLUDING TAX for each small ranch. Even after they started charging for ranch, you were still given 1 free ranch per side ordered, but now they have taken a second step in the wrong direction and removed fries from that offer, so you get nothing for free. I paid $2 for 3 small ranch cups and you can taste that they are using less of the seasoning mix in their ranch too. Everything about this place is penny-pinching and they frequently forget to add-on items that you PAID SEVERAL DOLLARS to have on your burger, like bacon or avocado. I'd like to say that I would still come back and give them another shot, but I honestly can't say...
Read moreThis is a local burger place. They have indoor or outdoor seating. The burgers are about average in size and taste. They offer the usual assortment of fixings and condiments. The offer burgers individually or as meals. They offer fries and onion rings. The onion rings can be substituted for the fries. The ketchup for the fries is in a large container and you pump into small single serving cups. These cups are a little too small for dipping your onion rings in. They offer soft drinks and various flavors and sizes of milk shakes. This is a good place for a quick bite to eat. We ordered three burger meals and one of the burgers was still red inside, it was not fully cooked. The other two were fully cooked. This along with the fact that the seating area was not that clean is the reason for three stars. There was leftover debris on the chairs. We left the area cleaner when we were finished than it was when we arrived. They may have a staffing problem. I would recommend giving them a try just make sure food is fully cooked and get food to go...
