2-17-24. Came in for a pick up, 6 in lobby waiting 30+ min for food, 2 from drive-thru with fubar orders.
Dashing for 2 pickups and a snack, One lady with 3 grandkids before me ordered 3 "meals" in which she was given 1 sandwich and 2 drinks, she asked for the rest of her food. The poorly dressed employee with his undies out told her that meal or not fries are not included unless it is listed fries on the reciept.
Manager not to be seen, 3 of us told the kid ALL meals have fries which after 5 min of arguing he relented. Gave one fry, she demanded the rest of it, which he then had to be taught how to read the paperwork showing the 3 meals. Which he continued to try and stiff her of a fry and another strawberry shake, which he dropped handing to her and did not clean up.
This ruins the next order when another worker placed an order before the next customer on the mess soaking the bag. At this point 2 more drive thru errors came in, one of my dash orders cancel due to being over 35 min, manager finally makes an appearance to 10 agitated people at the front counter.
Another dasher got his order from the rookie and demanded it be opened and checked for everything, rook said he packed it himself. Dasher replied with, "yeah that's the problem... check it again". Kid get offended and 4 other in line also tell him to open it check and reseal it which he groans and finally does before going in the back for a bit. This store is a prime example of staff with zero training, zero respect, zero concerns for themselvs, customers, or their store.
Not one hair net in sight, only 1/4 had hats on, all dealing with food, refused to address or try to apologize or calm a growing agitated front counter, ignored messes for others to deal with, and had undergarments out in plain sight. Picture provided.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They WILL get your order wrong very frequently and make excuses not to fix it. This store does NOT deserve your money, and some of the staff deserves retraining, one...
   Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews but four times over two months this location takes literally 5-8 min to even answer you at the drive thru. The reason for the one star is that I waited seven min and tried to pull up.. they are open till 11. No one answered me at all. The person in the other lane pulled off and I pulled to the first window. Another couple min go by and no one is at the window but all the lights are on. I pulled to the second and everything is on but not a single person is by the window. I understand that it can be tough with staffing, so I donât think much of longer waits, but I usually come between 8pm-10pm and this is consistent. Iâm wondering if they just forgot to turn on the lights off today, but even the roadside is on. As I was about to pull away, three employees came out from the lobby and made themselves drinks and the drive-thru and walked back into the lobby. Thatâs what drove me to leave this review because I donât even know what to make of this whole experience. They The photo has The two employees who came in the drive-thru to make themselves drinks and sit down and the third one was wearing a grey hoodie talking to them. If they are off the clock, I apologize but not one person even looked the drive thru way. Staffing can be hard but if you donât have enough please cut back on hours. As I finish writing this, I went to pull around, and I hear a gentleman who finally got on the speaker box and said sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed for the night. I feel like an idiot for spending 17 minutes thinking I was being patient. I wouldnât even leave this review if it was a one time thing, but itâs consistently happening at night.    Read moreI do not write negative reviews often, but my goodness. Let me start by saying, the staff here is nice. This is somewhere I come often enough to know that. This morning (after the power outages and ice storm), I placed an online order. I specifically waited until the order stated it was ready. I was charged for it. I chose to pick up through drive thru Upon my arrival, drive thru was absolutely packed. So I decided to come in. After waiting 19 mins to be addressed at the front counter, when I went to click on the app to state I was coming in through counter pick up and not drive thru, my order was canceled (it was then after breakfast cut off). I told the woman what had happened and although she literally just rang the man in front of me up for breakfast, she told me that my order had been canceled completely. I informed her that the ONLY reason why I came up there was because I pre-ordered it and it stated my order was ready. As in prepared already. There should be nothing anyone has to remake. She just reiterated that it was canceled. What I want to know is: AT what point in this process was there a breakdown? If I had prepaid, if my order was ready for pickup, if the register still allowed for the purchase, why couldn't I have been helped? We're all going through things, trust, I understand. But where's the reasoning skills? I would like someone to break this down for me on what happened (or failed to happen) in the process and why. That was a complete waste of 30...
