Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Roseville

I come to this location like five times a week and today I decided to use my free breakfast sandwich and all of a sudden I get a different girl taking my order and then she said she has to charge me for the substitute of tomato. Like seriously seriously you can’t just substitute the sausage and bacon for a tomato you’re gonna charge me and they never do that. I’ve worked on the restaurant business for 13 years. Some of the ladies there are nice. However the manager Caleb is VERY unprofessional and rude. They messed up my smoothie pretty bad.. normally I would just ignore it but it was so bad and unblended I couldn't even drink it. Ordered delivery from the tropical smoothie app. Didn't receive straws for my smoothies. Called and the manager, Julie or Julia couldnt tell her name from the ridiculous cali drag in her voice, was trying to be smart with me saying "What do you want me to do..drive the straws to you" sarcastically. Blaming the driver for not grabbing straws. I'm sorry I didn't know it was the subcontracted drivers responsibility to prepare the order...Then she hang up on me.
