Burger King — Restaurant in Roseville

I'd put 0 stars if I could, purely based on service, not the food because I didn't get to eat here. I tried to visit this BK location today. Placed my order, get to the window, and when I try to use my coupon code from the BK app I was told I had to use it when placing my order. It doesn't say that anywhere on the app or the specific coupon. No attempt to work with me on this issue by the Burger Queen at the window... just repeated my total. I don't understand why something so simple couldn't be accomplished? Could you just re-input the order with the coupon? Maybe edit it? Guess not. I'm quite sure the window guy just didn't know what he was doing, but probably could have asked someone for help instead of being difficult. He seemed shocked when I said "Well I guess I'm good then" and drove off. Couldn't spend my money here based on principle and went elsewhere. Cant believe the service from the staff at this location. First a couple weeks ago, stopped to grab food and was told they are making fresh fries and to pull around front and they would bring my food out in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later i walk in wondering where it is and they send it out the window to the person who was behind me. All they offered was a freaking apple pie. Today, I go and order food and got the complete wrong items! 2 kids meals instead of what i ordered. Didnt even think to check as i was mad at the wait already. Get home to realize it's 2 kids meals, call up there and they said they know, wrote my name in a book and said to come back when i can and they will remake the order. My husband goes up there when he got home and they refused to refund anything and offered him a soda.

Will change later if I can if online info is updated. Online says open until 3am, showed up a little before 2:30am and they said they were closed. Just called them to find out that online hours are inaccurate according to the woman that answered and they actually close at 2:30am, not 3am.

Edit: went again, this time around 1:20am. This time they said they were already closed but I asked why (since yesterday they told me they were closed when I got there at 2:20am, and then told me when I called later that their close time was 2:30am). They struggled for a reason for a bit before telling me the reason was, "technical issues." When I asked what that meant I was told, "we're just not open. Come some other time."
