First of all, I'd like to start by saying I was craving DEL. Taco and drove over forty minutes to get here. I placed an order online and then proceeded to go to the drive. There was only 2 people in front of me. It took over thirty minutes to get my food. I got a party pack with the tacos and The burritos. First of all I had to basically repeat my whole order when I got up there. Because my drink my desserts, my burritos. She just kept asking me what I ordered. She would give me my food, I said. What about the rest of it? And I had to keep walking her through my order. On top of waiting this whole time. Then I get home. I realize that the burritos don't even have red sauce like it was supposed to, and they were the most nastiest. Things I've ever tasted. It tasted like they just took a whole can done near of pinto, beans and wrapped it up in a tortilla and called it a day. And they were so awfully dry. The tacos we're a little bit better, but these shells tasted very stale and nasty. The only good thing that they had was a drink and the little caramel cheesecake desserts that I had and even those were okay at best. I very much recommend...

Read moreMy fiancé and I stopped at Del Taco for a quick bite after a long day. I ordered chicken tacos and an eight-layer burrito combo. A few miles down the road, my fiancé—who has a severe fish allergy—checked her food and realized they had given her fish tacos instead. We immediately turned around to get it corrected.
When we explained their mistake, the worker blamed us, insisting we had ordered fish. Instead of fixing it professionally, she called over the manager but then snickered with another employee while glancing at us through the drive-thru window. The manager finally remade the order, but with zero apologies and an obvious attitude, as if we were the problem.
At that point, we no longer felt safe eating there, so we asked for a refund—only to later realize they had given us a partial refund instead of the full amount.
This experience was nothing but unprofessionalism, laziness, and a complete lack of accountability. If you expect even basic competence and respect, stay far away from...
