Was our first time inside a “Nothing Bundt Cakes” we were greeted by a friendly group of employees, and asked right away if we needed help or if we had any questions to feel free to ask. We took a minute to step back and check out the menu, and pricing and decided on the flavor bundt we’d be trying. We bought an 8inch Lemon Bundt Cake. We were a bit shocked by the pricing, couldn’t believe the prices were so high. And for a very cheap looking poinsettia just tossed on the top of a cake was an extra $10, that seemed like highway robbery to us. When we asked for no decoration it was just thrown off the cake and into the case lol and was definitely a cheap plastic flower. Luckily they offer a military discount and that took a couple bucks off of our cake. We would have purchased either way, but its always nice to know what business offer a discount for families like us. Our cake was delicious and so moist and not to sweet, we definitely enjoyed it, and we will probably be back just every so often as a treat! Thanks for the...
Read moreI ordered 6 bundtlets 3 days before my son-in-law's birthday. Paid for online & needed at 10am. The day to pick them up came and when I asked for my order, she started pulling bundtlets out of their front case and then she yelled to the back that she needed extra frosting on 3 bundtlets. I was shocked. I asked why my order wasn't ready and she said we don't put them together until the people get here and we don't do the extra frosting until then either. So, the extra frosting has no time to set up. I'm disabled and having to stand there for 10 minutes was painful and the manager came out and said how sorry she was and I said don't say you're sorry when it's your store policy to not do them until I come to pick them up! It was ordered and paid for way before I got there and I was on my way to the event so we had not set or cold frosting and the very thin brown paper bag she shoved all 6 of them in, the fingers went through it immediately. The cakes are good but I'm done with them....
Read moreIt had been a long day at work. On our way home my husband and I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes (1112 Galleria Blvd.) to grab some bundtlets to celebrate his birthday. When we walked up, they were actually locking the door. We asked the gal, if they were closed. She said yes....and she asked what we were looking for. We mentioned wanting something for his birthday. She was so kind. She unlocked the door, invited us in, and took the time to help us (even though she was off the clock.) She didn't have to do this, but she did. I'm sure she had a long day at work and was ready to go home. She went above and beyond for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our white chocolate raspberry, lemon & snickerdoodle bundtlets! Thank you, Jill for your act of kindness--you BLESSED us...
