Respectively a 3. You walk in and it's typically always packed on the occasions I've gone the line is always long and it's so messy. I decided to get smart and do the buy online pickup in store...very interesting everything came separate. That was slightly annoying š I went 2x to pick up my items the pickup area completely dirty and unkept. The first time I went the cashier saw me... stopped her transaction right in the middle of helping the lady who was right in front of her. She proceeded to apologize for the dishevelled area and multi-task ... helping me and the woman. I felt bad for the lady she was helping... because her transaction time was increased due to her helping me. As much as I wanted to be in z d out...she could've given the lady exceptional customer service then helped me...but I digress. The second time I went the girl must've had a bad day because her attitude was horrible and I was just picking up my stuff. Still a long line...still an unkept pickup area. I get it it's retail... difficult because it's clothes and completely daunting...my suggestion is to close the store or do an overnight cleaning of the store, that way you all start with a clean space. It's probably apathy because it's dirty...I bet the turnover is high...

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Nordstrom Rack. I bought pants over the summer, and when I finally went to wear them (cooler weather now), I realized the clasp was broken. I was only a few days past the return window and politely asked if they could take them back as defective for store credit.
The associate was immediately rude and unhelpful, and the manager was even worse, condescending, dismissive, and making it clear they āwould neverā help in a situation like this again. They did end up taking the pants back since they were defective, but the manager glared at me the entire time, and the way she handled it (harsh, rude, and disrespectful) made me feel completely unvalued as a customer and cardholder. I understood the policy, but what I didnāt expect was such poor customer service and such...

Some of their "clearance" stickered womens shoes are marked around 15% less as they would sell at the main Nordstrom sale. I could see that being a % off regular Nordstrom Rack prices but not clearance. They used to be close to 35% less. Men's clothing is very sparse. They need much more casual selection as well for sure. It's mostly geared toward older gentleman. Dressing room employees are always good.
My only other complaint is for the floor employees. They're extremely sparse and very hard to not only find one but that knows their brands. More training needed for sure. Cashiers are EXCELLENT so no complaints there. They're sociable, very nice and quick. Lines get extremely long and they knock it out of the park.
I still go mainly for the Jeans, women's accessories and jewelry department. Can't beat the prices on those in any high end store. I do unfortunately find myself heading into the main Nordstrom store as their employees are very knowledgeable and...
