Sleep Number — Hotel in Roseville

HORRIBLE!!!! Bought the queen i8 with adjustable base I was told in the store by the sales rep within the first 100 nights everything is returnable I witnessed this being told to other couples as well in store. I was having seizures so my mother came to lock in the order as we didn’t want to miss out on the sale same day FYI WE WERE ALSO TOLD BY SERVICE REP THIS BED CAME WITH A PHYSICAL REMOTE AS PART OF THE PROMOTION. The bed was delivered and noticed right away sagging in the foam and the frame jolted when it would move up and down , my partner and I roll into each-other- and the best is not plush or soft it’s very hard the delivery team said give it some time for the foam to decompress. So we did!! The delivery team told me to download an app to my phone to use the base- excuse me huh? Where’s the remote? He said the app is the remote!!!! After over a month sleeping on it I Called customer service wanting to return everything for a full refund- they assured me I could but wanted to try something first so they sent out a comfort fit pad, chamber kit, new bed cover and more foam to make the bed softer it was installed today and it made the bed worse. I called cyst service to return everything while sleep number techs were still at my house they told me I can only return the mattress but they would charge me $267 to pick it up. I said hold up what!!!!! I assured them the store told me I could return everything and customer service told me that same thing. The two supervisors I spoke to were very snarky and said if the contract is signed regardless of who signed it doesn’t matter you can’t return it.COMPLETE BS- do not buy a sleep number bed with an adjustable base unless you are fully aware and okay with their return policies. We bought our bed at this location 5 years ago. For the last six months, it does not inflate properly. We ordered parts online 5 months ago. Todate, we have not received them. My husband went into the store for help. They declined to help in any way. DO NOT buy a Sleep Number Bed!...BTW, the warranty is terrible. So even when you pay for parts out of pocket (like we have), you get nothing!

So today (after some time has past) sleep number responds to my review saying they are ready to help. Yet when my husband went in to get help months ago, the people in the store were dismissive and blamed the delays on the parts coming from China. They said they had no control and had no timeframe to give us for arrival. Today, December 3rd, we have nothing. I have been battling cancer and have been unable to sleep in my own bed for the duration of my recovery. No one should be denied their own bed. Yet the Sleep Number people are doing that to me. Look at the date of my original post, look at how long it has been. And, TODAY, I get a response. A canned response. Do not do business with...

My experience with store employees was excellent. My experience with Synchrony bank was miserable. I had to remove a freeze from my credit reporting agency to allow the bank to run the report. The bank advertised a 4 year zero interest loan on the purchase of the bed that would be immediately approved while the buyer was in the store. My credit is absolutely perfect but the Synchrony representative said I would have to wait for a card mailed to my home because of security procedures. I asked the representative to cancel the application and not send the card. He said he could not stop the process and I had to call customer service after receiving the card, which I did and then shredded the card. I was told this happened to two or three other buyers. I believe their advertising is misleading and an unethical means to open a new credit account. This doesn’t reflect well on Sleep Number continuing to do business...
