Horrible customer service, but obviously this establishment is not concerned with customer at all. I placed an order online while I was at work said it would arrive 8:10pm . I figured it would be in my porch when I got home. At 8:27pm I called to inquire about my order. When I called I started to tell whoever answered the phone (no name given) cut me off and put me on hold for 10 mins. Then someone else picked up and I as I was explaining the issue I was cut off again and was rudely told “I called u 4 times to tell you we couldn’t deliver and it went straight to voicemail.” My phone was still on do not disturb because I was at work. When I checked I was called twice by an unknown number no text, email or voicemail was left explaining that potbelly couldn’t fulfill the order. If you didn’t have drivers why wouldn’t you disable the delivery on the website or even a simple voice explaining what happened would have been suitable for this situation. Customer is dead !! Read moreI placed an order on 4/18/22, for your BOGO for a chicken salad sandwich and a chicken club I went through the drive-through to pick up my order, and I was in a hurry and didn’t check my order until I got home. I had a chicken salad sandwich, but not the chicken club instead I had received the Italian sub which I absolutely HATE! I immediately called the Roseville Michigan store asked for manager and I was told I was speaking to the manager by the name of Ryan. I explain my situation to him and I told him I was unable to come back up there because I was about 20 minutes away so he asked if I could come up there the following day on April 19, 2022 , doing lunch hour because that was the only time he would be able to correct my order and I told him I would not be able to come back there on 4/19/22, so he told me he will send me some vouchers in the mail that day for my inconvenience. So I gave him my information and as of today I still have not received the vouchers. I called on Monday, April 25 to speak with Ryan and the phone just constantly rang. Read moreThis store has the worst service. When we arrived at the drive thru to order they stated we could not order a shake because the shake machine closes at 8:30. I was placing the order at 8:34. So I continued to order. When I pulled up to the window Cam/ or Kam (female), took my payment. When she handed my card back under her breath said something to her co workers. When she came back I asked if she said something and she said yes, that you were mad about the shake. Not at any point was I rude, upset, or even bothered. I asked for the manager, and she stated she is the manager. I let her know she has horrible customer service to talk about the customers. With a smirk on her face she said she was sorry and walked away laughing. This company should really evaluate their employees and do better with customer service.
