The prices are getting higher and they ignored customers, wait for about a half hour then lectured them they had to ask and they did numerous times.

Ignores customers, then claims they weren't aware of the order but the app rang the notification it was ready 2 minutes after! Ridiculous!

THIS BURGER KING LOBBY IS CLOSED TODAY THE MANAGER STATED. THE LOBBY IS CLOSED COMPLETELY.
Small dab ice cream doesn't even cover the base as it's supposed to. This, after waiting for the doors to open, if you walked, you'd be out because they refuse to give the food to you walking up. The thin tall male manager did that. SMH All I can think of going through my head is the commercials, Have it your way! And then thinking of the way ice cream services started back in times gone by, see the food history channel shows!
Customer service for higher pay, more of that please, that's all the customers would like.
Have it your way! Simple, courteous service with a smile āŗļø, it's not the customers fault at all your short handed and employees all show up much later than 10 Am opening time.

No employees are showing up, they fail to say sorry to customers, the manager gave an all dan ice cream, of all service have it your way, so called, he should and does definitely know better. He failed to apologize to customers for no lobby open, give a tony ice cream after all the hassle finding out tgd hard way, walking around.

Why are the employees not coming in on time or at all at this Burger King location.
You are denied the freestyle they advertised and no refills this way. No one is having ANYTHING their way. Making Burger King company look like a clown circus for even using such a slogan.
Bottom line, if you're unable as a manager (male one,tall,thin, that bounces up and down in the lobby shouting having a temper tantrum not working but guarding the drink machine and harassing customers at $20+ an hour) no name tag on.

š: "If you're not able to serve customers properly of a small amount, your not able to serve any customers." You need to do right first, then they, the customers (having it their way), will then decide if they spend there, more or less.
Customers you short or have store issues might come back, but they will tend to buy less. You need to lead as manager, your employees and customers deserve much better. You can do better, improve by just providing simple top service, no one's fault, not customers fault you have store issues!
If you understand you're closed to customers that want to use the 'freestyle' machine, the amount is not the issue, getting what they want in your closed lobby, at 11:45 Am is! The drive through posts all advertise the freestyle, make your own flavors machine that is in the lobby!
They're also supposed to be able to get the flavors they want.
Fix the issue of your employees, do the best by everyone, them and your customers!
Lobby is supposed to open on time! You're the issue with your location!

The fries are usually awful here so I thought, Iāll get onion rings..they should be āfreshā OMG when I got my bag the onion rings felt like they were put in a microwave one side warm the other side cold. The bag was all wet like they filled the bag with frozen onion rings and put them in the microwave in that bag!!! I tell the girl the onion rings are wet and my cold burger is cold and has cheese on it. She told the team and a guy in the back said Iāll make āfreshā have it your way my butt!! So I tell the girl what happens I said no cheese, she said these head sets are junk and I canāt hear you. So I tell her look I donāt want a ādo overā I want my money back. She gets the manager who is standing nearby, I explain I want my money back. She says okay then asks me for my slip. I give it to her the slip and say I paid cash. 7.41and she says okayāhere you go I put that back on your cardā I said what card I told you I paid cashā¦how are you putting something on a cardā¦I said omg what is going on!!! What card?? She then says I assumed it was on a card.. I repeat exactly what was said and she says my bad I was just hanging you a slip and would have given you the money. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive thru and there was no one in front of me. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out to me. Fine. 15 minutes later an employee comes out and asks if I had a burger and small fry to which I replied, no I had a large order. She gives the food to the correct car and goes back inside. Another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. At this point it has been 25 minutes since I ordered and I decided that if I wanted my food then I had better just go in. I put my receipt on the counter and said I was here to pick my order up. I was then told that they just dropped the nuggets and that it would be a few more minutes. I can honestly say that I was just fuming at this point. Shouldn't this have been done 25 minutes ago. I was apologized to an offered a free item to which I replied that I did not want. I just wanted my food and to go home after a 12 hour shift. I got my food 5 minutes later, checked the bags, then drove home. I unloaded my bags and took a bite of my sandwich and the chicken and bun were both cold and stale. The chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting in a room full of smoke and were inedible. Lastly, the onion rings on my daughters sandwich were cooked something spicy and needless to say, that did not go over well.
