This combination store location of an A&W root beer and a Long John Silver's isn't too bad. The dining room could have been cleaned course that could be the day that I showed up the interior decorations a little bit out of whack but the high quality of food from Long John Silver's never ceases to amaze me anywhere in the country the quality of their fish and the taste of their chicken never differs from one store location to the next. I would recommend eating here Sundays and Wednesdays are all you can eat for $7.99 at Long John Silver's. Granted I had the number to platter cost $9 and added an extra piece of fish for $2 it came to $11 to me that's just not worth it for a fast food restaurant had this been a sit down and eat type restaurant with tablecloths and actual stainless silverware it'd be worth the price. Absolutely a hot mess. I understand that it’s younger people working but there’s no excuse for 3 times now having a terrible experience. First time- hours say they close at 7pm got into the drive thru to order food at 615 and couldn’t get a burger because the grills were already turned off. 2nd time - I ordered food and they forgot an entire meal. I tried calling because I didnt notice till I got home and no one answered after multiple calls. 3rd time - the girls working the window were doing everything but paying attention to food going out the window. They missed part of my order again and almost didn’t give me my drinks till I didn’t move my car. The food may just be the worst in Belle Vernon. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant is appalling and dreadful. I also noticed that some of the chairs weren't properly cleaned which doesn't give off a good impression to customers. The employees also appeared to be more busy talking instead of seeing if there was anyone waiting to be served. The food on the other hand, was so disgustingly greasy that you could see the grease drip into the basket the food was in. Not very appetizing, but I should've known better. The chicken tenders lacked the usual crispiness associated with them and were just not very appetizing and the fries were extremely greasy and not very good.
