A great place for a weekend dining with some great lighting and amazing hospitality with some great food. Plenty of options and it was so delicious.
Happen to go on a Friday and it wasn’t crowded at all. The staffs were extremely friendly and the Pizza maker came all the way to help us with their Self Ordering options available and explaining us if there were any questions.
We built our own Pasta and ordered the Veggie Bianco Pizza along with Tiramisu.
💚 Pasta - We built the Rigatoni pasta with Alfredo sauce and some veggies. The salt was actually on the lower side and yes there was an option to Bake as well (would have loved to but didn’t notice until after I placed the order). The veggies were cooked well and the cream of Pasta sauce was reasonably good.
💚 Veggie Bianco Pizza - The thin crust pizza was very good with the veggies on top. It wasn’t hard like how most places serve a thin crust. Nicely baked and with the toppings I liked it. Didn’t feel like an Italian one but there was something different in it.
🧡 Tiramisu - Not the greatest of Tiramisu but it’s ok to give a try. Loved the subtle coffee flavor but it was just very usual and normal.
A very cozy ambience located very much close to the Alpharetta downtown. Great for a cool weekend evening. Has ample parking space on both sides of the restaurant with a very lit and beautiful interiors. Extremely nice and knowledgeable waiters/ cooks who were able to guide us with the best combinations.
OVERALL: A cute and welcoming restaurant in the heart of the city with some great options in Pasta and Pizza. Would recommend this place to go along with your friends to have a nice time in the evening. Friendly staffs.

Read moreAmazing food, but I realized today it’s depressing. You walk in, and of course they greet you. But after being greeted, I would have liked to order from the person who greeted me. But instead of interacting with a human being, I knew the “screen routine” from being there before. They just looked at me while I walked over to a screen and silently selected my order. All I could think of was how normally I’d see a smile, look at the menu above and speak my order, maybe ask a question. They might read it back to me. Instead, I was the only customer and the employee was just silently watching me type in my order. I feel it was a moment without human warmth (not the employee’s fault… just the way it was organized.) It would have been so nice to say my order to that person. Maybe ask a question or recommendation. Here’s an idea of a better way. The employees can offer to take peoples orders if it’s slow. If it gets busy and they can’t, then the screen is always there as a backup if I people don’t want to wait. I am sympathetic that the screen probably ties into the app, loyalty, etc. But it’s just depressing, to be honest. Instead of a human interaction, I just type into a screen while an employee literally stands there watching silently. Nothing wrong w the employee. They are doing their job. This customer service pattern just feels kind of sad. Later a group came in. I can definitely understand I would not want to be in line waiting behind them. The screens are not all bad. I just wish more of a middle ground can be found. There’s a humanity and warmth that should always be part of good Italian food. I didn’t...
Read moreAmerican Pasta Factory is an order-at-the-counter type of service restaurant that has such fresh and good quality ingredients at very affordable prices!!! We both ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo but we chose different toppings. He added broccoli, garlic, basil, mushrooms, pepperoni and sundried tomatoes. I added broccoli, garlic, basil, mushrooms, peas and bacon! We also decided to try a glass of red wine. I forgot what it was called. But it started with a "P." It was good! It was a semi-dry red. I usually don't pair reds with Alfredo, but we like to live a little! The gentleman recommended the Chardonnay with the Alfredo, which is a great pairing! But we opted to go for the "P." We brought our silverware, napkins and water cups to a table that we chose. There was plenty of space and plenty of room to sit. And then maybe 10 minutes later a bunch of different families came in! It is definitely a family friendly place. We thought we would have to go up to the counter to pick up our food but a very nice woman brought our food out to us, along with a bowl of grated parmesan cheese and asked us if we would like some parmesan on top of our pasta!!! That was an unexpected plus!!! We also ordered the lemoncello cake slice. It was yummy but I forgot to take a picture of it! We would definitely come back again for the food!!! We also saw a lot of people ordering pickup!!! The food is absolutely delicious and has great value!!! Thank you...
